【摘要】：隨著特種設(shè)備行業(yè)快速發(fā)展,特種設(shè)備檢驗(yàn)事業(yè)取得了跨越式發(fā)展,特種設(shè)備檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)在提高特種設(shè)備質(zhì)量安全水平、防止和減少事故等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用,為促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)又好又快發(fā)展做出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。為滿足人民群眾不斷增長的特種設(shè)備安全保障需求,促進(jìn)特種設(shè)備檢驗(yàn)事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,在充分調(diào)研和論證的基礎(chǔ)上,并和當(dāng)今特種設(shè)備的實(shí)際使用情況相結(jié)合,本文通過作者的實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)合人力資源管理和流程優(yōu)化的理論基礎(chǔ),通過對起重設(shè)備過去檢驗(yàn)情況和現(xiàn)在起重設(shè)備快速發(fā)展及檢驗(yàn)的趨勢加以比較,并結(jié)合國外一些起重設(shè)備檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、法規(guī),提出了合理的優(yōu)化及簡化起重設(shè)備檢驗(yàn)流程的理念。通過對檢驗(yàn)流程的簡化,可以進(jìn)一步提高檢驗(yàn)的工作效率,加快檢驗(yàn)的步驟,減輕檢驗(yàn)人員的工作負(fù)擔(dān),從而促進(jìn)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展。 本文通過運(yùn)用流程優(yōu)化的理論基礎(chǔ),并將其與實(shí)際工作相結(jié)合將流程優(yōu)化的理論知識(shí)運(yùn)用到實(shí)際工作中。對流程的優(yōu)化,不論是對流程整體的優(yōu)化還是對其中部分的改進(jìn),如減少環(huán)節(jié)、改變時(shí)序,都是以提高工作質(zhì)量、提高工作效率、降低成本、降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、節(jié)約能耗、保證安全生產(chǎn)、減少污染等為目的。我們都知道,流程管理是一種以規(guī)范化的構(gòu)造到卓越業(yè)務(wù)流程為中心,以持續(xù)提高業(yè)務(wù)績效為目的的系統(tǒng)化方法。既然流程優(yōu)化是以業(yè)務(wù)績效為根本目的,那么對流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和提升也應(yīng)該是長期的重要工作內(nèi)容。 對流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和簡化的目的就是為了更好的提高工作效率,充分利用有限的人力和財(cái)力資源,達(dá)到最高效的工作能力從而得到最大化的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of special equipment industry, special equipment inspection enterprise has made leapfrog development. Special equipment inspection organizations have played an important role in improving the quality and safety level of special equipment, preventing and reducing accidents, etc. To promote economic and social good and rapid development made a positive contribution. In order to meet the increasing demands of the people for the safety and security of special equipment and to promote the sustainable development of special equipment inspection, and on the basis of full investigation and argumentation, and in combination with the actual use of special equipment today, Based on the author's practical work experience and the theoretical basis of human resource management and process optimization, this paper compares the past inspection situation of lifting equipment and the trend of rapid development and inspection of lifting equipment now. The idea of optimizing and simplifying the inspection flow of lifting equipment is put forward by combining with some foreign inspection standards and technical standards and regulations. By simplifying the inspection process, the efficiency of inspection can be further improved, the steps of inspection can be quickened, the workload of inspectors can be lightened, and the rapid development of enterprise economy can be promoted. In this paper, the theoretical knowledge of process optimization is applied to practical work by using the theoretical basis of process optimization and combining it with practical work. The optimization of the process, whether it is the optimization of the whole process or the improvement of part thereof, such as reducing the links and changing the timing, is to improve the working quality, improve the working efficiency, reduce the cost, reduce the labor intensity and save energy consumption. Ensure safety in production and reduce pollution. As we all know, process management is a systematic method with the goal of continuous improvement of business performance, centered on standardized construction to excellence in business processes. Since business performance is the fundamental purpose of process optimization, it is also important to optimize and improve the process. The purpose of optimizing and simplifying the process is to improve the work efficiency, make full use of the limited human and financial resources, and achieve the most efficient work ability to maximize the economic benefits.
