滾動(dòng)軸承故障檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:滾動(dòng)軸承是旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械中使用最廣泛,同時(shí)也是最易損壞的機(jī)械部件之一。許多旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械的故障都與滾動(dòng)軸承運(yùn)行的狀態(tài)有關(guān),其運(yùn)行狀態(tài)良好與否對(duì)機(jī)器設(shè)備工作狀況的影響極大。因此,進(jìn)行滾動(dòng)軸承故障診斷技術(shù)研究具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 在本課題的研究中,首先研究了滾動(dòng)軸承故障檢測(cè)的理論與方法,應(yīng)用共振解調(diào)原理設(shè)計(jì)了滾動(dòng)軸承故障檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)信號(hào)處理電路,其中包括電荷放大器、濾波器電路、檢波電路及峰值均值電路等;其次,為使用PC機(jī)分析處理振動(dòng)信號(hào),使用具有USB控制器和A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器的混合信號(hào)微處理器C8051F340,設(shè)計(jì)了一種可通過(guò)USB接口和VB6.0程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)與PC機(jī)聯(lián)機(jī)的數(shù)據(jù)采集電路。再次,編寫(xiě)了上位機(jī)應(yīng)用軟件,該軟件具有實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)、頻譜分析、頻譜細(xì)化、倒頻譜分析及頻譜平均等功能。 最后,將本系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于滾動(dòng)軸承振動(dòng)測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn),針對(duì)具有典型故障的軸承進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量,測(cè)量結(jié)果與理論計(jì)算值基本吻合,驗(yàn)證了本故障診斷系統(tǒng)的正確性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Rolling bearing is one of the most widely used and easily damaged parts in rotating machinery. The faults of many rotating machinery are related to the running state of rolling bearing, and the good running condition has a great influence on the working condition of the machine and equipment. Therefore, the study of rolling bearing fault diagnosis technology has a strong practical significance. In the research of this subject, firstly, the theory and method of rolling bearing fault detection are studied, and the signal processing circuit of rolling bearing fault detection system is designed by applying the principle of resonance demodulation, including charge amplifier and filter circuit. Detection circuit and peak value circuit; Secondly, in order to use PC machine to analyze and process vibration signals, a kind of data acquisition circuit which can be connected with PC computer through USB interface and VB6.0 program is designed by using C8051F340, a mixed signal microprocessor with USB controller and A / D converter. Thirdly, the application software of upper computer is written, which has the functions of real-time monitoring, spectrum analysis, spectrum refinement, cepstrum analysis and spectrum averaging. Finally, the system is applied to the vibration test experiment of rolling bearing, and the experimental measurement for bearing with typical fault is carried out. The measured results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation value, which verifies the correctness and practicability of the fault diagnosis system.
