質(zhì)量功能配置在閥門研發(fā)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)面對(duì)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境越來越復(fù)雜,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也日益激烈,同時(shí),顧客對(duì)產(chǎn)品的需求也更加多樣化,如何最大程度地滿足客戶需求已成為產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵。質(zhì)量功能配置(QFD)是一種系統(tǒng)方法,它將顧客的思想轉(zhuǎn)化為產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)的設(shè)計(jì)、制造和生產(chǎn)過程。在整個(gè)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中,都是以保證客戶需求出發(fā),把質(zhì)量觀念貫穿于設(shè)計(jì)過程始終,使設(shè)計(jì)過程始終不偏離顧客需求,達(dá)到適合市場(chǎng)的目的。 本文介紹了質(zhì)量功能配置的概念、原理、應(yīng)用時(shí)機(jī)及質(zhì)量屋的結(jié)構(gòu),并以閘閥產(chǎn)品為研究對(duì)象,將質(zhì)量功能配置的方法應(yīng)用到閘閥產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和質(zhì)量改進(jìn)中。在閘閥產(chǎn)品的顧客滿意度評(píng)價(jià)過程中,首先利用親和圖得到了閘閥客戶需求的層次結(jié)構(gòu),然后運(yùn)用層次分析法得到客戶需求的權(quán)重,接著應(yīng)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)顧客滿意度做出評(píng)價(jià),得出閘閥的“抗沖擊力”這一項(xiàng)為目前最需改善的地方。在構(gòu)造閘閥產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃質(zhì)量屋中,先是確定了技術(shù)特征的自相關(guān)矩陣以及客戶需求與技術(shù)特征的相互關(guān)系矩陣,之后通過相關(guān)計(jì)算獲得產(chǎn)品技術(shù)特征的重要度及目標(biāo)值,從而確定顧客需求規(guī)劃矩陣,,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立閥門產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃質(zhì)量屋。通過確立關(guān)鍵零件特征的目標(biāo)值及重要度,建立起閘閥零件規(guī)劃質(zhì)量屋。最后,以閘閥的“抗沖擊力”最為相關(guān)的材料韌性為輸入,以閘閥的鋼制閘板典型工藝過程為輸出,建立閘閥的工藝規(guī)劃質(zhì)量屋,并應(yīng)用基于響應(yīng)面法的質(zhì)量特征優(yōu)化技術(shù)對(duì)閘板的工藝過程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,得出最優(yōu)解。 本課題將QFD技術(shù)較為全面地應(yīng)用于閥門產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)與制造過程中,并對(duì)如何利用響應(yīng)面法將其加工工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化做了有益的嘗試,為該類企業(yè)如何應(yīng)用QFD技術(shù)進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)和老產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量改進(jìn)探索了有效路徑。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the internal and external environment of enterprises is becoming more and more complex, and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. At the same time, customers' demand for products is more diversified. How to meet the needs of customers to the greatest extent has become the key to product design. Quality function configuration (QFD) is a systematic approach that transforms customer thinking into product, service design, manufacturing and manufacturing processes. In the whole process of product development, it is necessary to ensure the customer's demand, run through the concept of quality in the design process, and make the design process not deviate from the customer's demand, so as to reach the goal of adapting to the market. This paper introduces the concept, principle, application opportunity and the structure of quality house of quality function configuration, and applies the method of quality function configuration to the development and quality improvement of gate valve product by taking gate valve product as research object. In the process of customer satisfaction evaluation of gate valve products, the hierarchy structure of gate valve customer demand is obtained by using affinity graph, and then the weight of customer demand is obtained by AHP. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the customer satisfaction, and it is concluded that the "impact resistance" of the gate valve is the most needed to be improved at present. In the construction of gate valve product planning quality room, the autocorrelation matrix of technical features and the interrelation matrix between customer demand and technical characteristics are first determined, and then the importance and target value of product technical characteristics are obtained by correlation calculation. Based on the determination of customer demand planning matrix, the valve product planning quality room is established. By establishing the target value and importance of the key part features, the quality room of gate valve part planning is established. Finally, taking the most relevant material toughness of the gate valve as input and the typical process of steel gate as the output, the process planning quality room of the gate valve is established. The quality characteristic optimization technique based on response surface method is applied to optimize the process of the gate and the optimal solution is obtained. In this paper, the QFD technology is applied to the design and manufacture of valve products comprehensively, and a beneficial attempt is made on how to optimize the processing process by using the response surface method. This paper explores an effective way to improve the quality of new products and old products by using QFD technology in this kind of enterprises.
