基于C#.NET三偏心蝶閥干涉分析軟件的研究
[Abstract]:Since the invention of three-eccentric metal seal butterfly valve in 1970s, it has the advantages of small opening and closing torque, inclined cone sealing, good sealing, anti-wear, long service life, etc. Medium and high pressure fluid systems in industrial production have been widely used. Since 1980's, only a few domestic manufacturers have been able to manufacture tri-eccentric metal seal butterfly valves, but there are still some key technologies that have not been mastered. If the sealing pair with complex space surface is designed, it is not only difficult to manufacture, but also easy to interfere, which is far from zero friction, zero leakage and fast closing. At present, the design method of butterfly valve seal pair in our country is mainly based on experience parameter design, and there is no software for structural optimization design of three-eccentric butterfly valve in China. Many manufacturing enterprises use the experience data and the relatively simplified calculation method to determine the basic data of the three-eccentric butterfly valve. It is very difficult to make the products meet the requirements of non-interference, small torque and zero leakage. It is very important to develop interference analysis software of three eccentric butterfly valve. In this paper, the basic structure of the three-eccentric butterfly valve is studied, the main structural parameters are given, such as the thickness calculation of the butterfly plate, the estimation of the axial eccentricity and so on, and the geometric parameters of the main section of the butterfly plate (long axis, long axis) are deduced. The function relation between the short axis and the three eccentricities is proposed, and the parameter optimization requirements are put forward. The motion analysis of tri-eccentric butterfly valve is mainly to discuss the analysis of interference performance, and the interference analysis of three-eccentric butterfly valve is a very important link in performance evaluation. According to the seal structure design of butterfly valve and the movement relation of mechanism, the three-dimensional mathematical model of butterfly plate seal surface is established, and the opening and closing angle of each point on the seal surface is calculated by C # program. Whether the butterfly plate interferes with the valve body, adjusts the three eccentricity parameters and determines the minimum radial eccentricity of the three eccentric butterfly valve, which provides the basis for the selection of the drive device. The interference analysis software of the three-eccentricity butterfly valve is verified in this paper. The design parameters are optimized by the three-eccentricity butterfly valve interference analysis software, and the axial eccentricity and radial eccentricity are calculated according to the value range of the optimized design parameters. The maximum and minimum values of angular eccentricity and two discontinuous points between maximum and minimum are taken to calculate the friction torque. The calculated results are compared and analyzed. The results of comparison and analysis show that the friction torque calculated by the optimal design is significantly reduced, the operating torque is effectively reduced, and the service life is increased. Through the above research, the analysis software of tri-eccentric butterfly valve has been developed to analyze the basic structural parameters of the three-eccentric butterfly valve, the calculation of the performance indication angle, interference analysis and friction moment calculation of the three-eccentricity butterfly valve. Under the guidance of the software, there is no interference in the movement of the three eccentric butterfly valve butterfly plate, the seal specific pressure distribution is uniform, the friction torque is small, and the design method is fast and efficient.
