【摘要】：針對(duì)一種新型多點(diǎn)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)特性進(jìn)行仿真研究.通過對(duì)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)和需求提出了潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案;基于潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)工作特點(diǎn),建立了液壓系統(tǒng)仿真模型;通過仿真模型對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置、泵送系統(tǒng)注油腔、儲(chǔ)油腔進(jìn)行虛擬仿真。實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了該潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的可行性,對(duì)提高設(shè)備的性能提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The dynamic characteristics of a new multi-point lubrication system are simulated. According to the design characteristics and requirements of the lubrication system, the structural design scheme of the lubrication system is put forward, and the simulation model of the hydraulic system is established based on the working characteristics of the lubrication system. The simulation model is used to simulate the driving device, pumping system oil injection chamber and oil storage chamber. The feasibility of the lubrication system is verified by experiments, which provides a reference for improving the performance of the equipment.
