圓柱螺旋彈簧的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)及分析

【摘要】:彈簧是重要的機(jī)械零件之一,,作為一種具有彈力的機(jī)械元件,它廣泛用于各種機(jī)電裝置中。隨著機(jī)械技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,彈簧的種類越來越多,對(duì)彈簧的要求也越來越高。傳統(tǒng)的彈簧設(shè)計(jì)理論已經(jīng)不能滿足競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的彈簧工業(yè)發(fā)展的需要。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)、優(yōu)化技術(shù)和有限元分析技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,這些現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)方法已經(jīng)在彈簧的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中獲得越來越多的應(yīng)用。 本文以圓柱螺旋彈簧為研究對(duì)象,基于MATLAB、Pro/toolkit和APDL語言對(duì)彈簧進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、參數(shù)化建模及參數(shù)化有限元分析。 首先,介紹了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)理論及圓柱螺旋彈簧的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法,建立了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)學(xué)模型,并借助MATLAB的優(yōu)化工具箱和圖形用戶界面開發(fā)環(huán)境GUIDE創(chuàng)建了圓柱螺旋彈簧的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了圓柱螺旋彈簧優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的高效、便捷化。 其次,研究了利用Pro/Toolkit程序開發(fā)技術(shù)進(jìn)行Pro/E二次開發(fā)的通用方法,應(yīng)用參數(shù)化建模方法及Program技術(shù)創(chuàng)建彈簧模型。利用Pro/Toolkit,借助Visual C++集成環(huán)境,開發(fā)了參數(shù)驅(qū)動(dòng)程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)了彈簧的參數(shù)化建模,提高了彈簧模型的建模效率。 最后,介紹了ANSYS二次開發(fā)技術(shù)。用ANSYS的內(nèi)部命令和APDL語言以及參數(shù)化技術(shù)建立了彈簧的有限元模型,運(yùn)用ANSYS的二次開發(fā)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了彈簧的參數(shù)化分析。使得采用有限元分析分析彈簧的建模、計(jì)算工作簡(jiǎn)單、方便、快捷。 本文的研究工作實(shí)現(xiàn)了圓柱螺旋彈簧的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、參數(shù)化建模及分析,對(duì)現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)方法在彈簧設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用和普及具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Spring is one of the important mechanical parts, as a mechanical element with elastic force, it is widely used in various mechanical and electrical devices. With the progress of mechanical technology, more and more kinds of springs are required. The traditional spring design theory can not meet the needs of the increasingly competitive spring industry. With the development of computer technology, computer aided design technology, optimization technology and finite element analysis technology, these modern design methods have been applied more and more in spring design practice. In this paper, the cylindrical helical spring is taken as the research object. The optimum design, parametric modeling and parametric finite element analysis of the spring are carried out based on MATLAB,Pro/toolkit and APDL language. Firstly, the optimal design theory and the optimization design method of cylindrical helical spring are introduced, and the mathematical model of optimal design is established. With the help of the optimization toolbox of MATLAB and the graphical user interface development environment GUIDE, the optimization design system of cylindrical helical spring is created, which realizes the high efficiency of the optimization design of cylindrical helical spring and facilitates the design. Secondly, the general method of Pro/E secondary development using Pro/Toolkit programming technology is studied, and the spring model is created by using parameterized modeling method and Program technology. With the help of Visual C integrated environment of Pro/Toolkit, a parameter driver is developed. The parametric modeling of spring is realized, and the efficiency of spring modeling is improved. Finally, the second development technology of ANSYS is introduced. The finite element model of spring is established by using ANSYS's internal command, APDL language and parameterization technology, and the parametric analysis of spring is realized by using the secondary development technology of ANSYS. The finite element analysis spring is used to model, the calculation is simple, convenient and fast. The research work of this paper has realized the optimization design, parametric modeling and analysis of cylindrical helical spring, which is of great significance to the application and popularization of modern design methods in spring design.
