永磁式磁定位器矩角特性的計(jì)算與分析

【摘要】:作為一種永磁式磁力機(jī)械,永磁式磁定位器具有運(yùn)行效率高、定位準(zhǔn)確的特點(diǎn),在油田隨鉆測(cè)井、醫(yī)療器械等方面具有廣泛的應(yīng)用。以一種隨鉆測(cè)井用永磁式磁定位器為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)和工作機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用有限元法計(jì)算磁定位器的電磁場(chǎng)和矩角特性,并對(duì)不同極數(shù)、不同齒寬時(shí)的矩角特性進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究。研究結(jié)果表明,合理的極對(duì)數(shù)和齒寬的選擇能夠有效提高磁定位器的最大轉(zhuǎn)矩。在此基礎(chǔ)上,研制了一臺(tái)樣機(jī)并進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了采用數(shù)值計(jì)算進(jìn)行永磁式磁定位器分析和設(shè)計(jì)的有效性。
[Abstract]:As a kind of permanent magnet magnetic machine, permanent magnet magnetic locator is widely used in oil field while drilling logging and medical equipment because of its high efficiency and accurate positioning. Based on the analysis of the structure and working mechanism of a permanent magnet magnetic locator for drilling while drilling, the electromagnetic field and moment angle characteristics of the magnetic locator are calculated by finite element method. The moment angle characteristics of different tooth width are compared and studied. The results show that a reasonable choice of pole logarithm and tooth width can effectively improve the maximum torque of the magnetic locator. On this basis, a prototype is developed and experimental research is carried out. The simulation and experimental results show that the numerical calculation is effective in the analysis and design of permanent magnet magnetic locator.
