【摘要】：為提高離心壓縮機(jī)進(jìn)口導(dǎo)葉的質(zhì)量流量調(diào)節(jié)能力,以原研究成果為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)導(dǎo)葉葉型做進(jìn)一步研究。通過數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,對(duì)不同厚度彎葉型和不同彎度位置導(dǎo)葉的質(zhì)量流量調(diào)節(jié)能力進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明,雖然減小彎葉型的厚度可擴(kuò)大其質(zhì)量流量調(diào)節(jié)范圍,卻增加了流動(dòng)損失,使壓縮機(jī)效率下降;將彎葉型最大撓度位置向后移,可有效提高導(dǎo)葉的質(zhì)量流量調(diào)節(jié)能力,且其產(chǎn)生的損失對(duì)壓縮機(jī)性能影響不大。最終選擇出適合于導(dǎo)葉進(jìn)行質(zhì)量流量調(diào)節(jié)的最佳葉型,減少了壓縮氣體的排空浪費(fèi)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality and flow regulation ability of the inlet guide vane of centrifugal compressor, the guide vane type was further studied based on the original research results. Through numerical simulation, the mass flow regulation ability of guide vane with different thickness and different bend position is compared and analyzed. The results show that, although reducing the thickness of the curved blade can enlarge its mass flow regulation range, but increase the flow loss and reduce the compressor efficiency, the maximum deflection position of the curved blade can be moved backward to effectively improve the mass flow adjustment ability of the guide vane. And the loss caused by the compressor has little effect on the performance of the compressor. Finally, the best blade shape suitable for mass flow regulation of guide vane is selected, which reduces the waste of compressed gas.
