編織襯墊自潤滑關(guān)節(jié)軸承粘結(jié)方法研究

【摘要】:自潤滑關(guān)節(jié)軸承越來越廣泛地應(yīng)用在航空、航天、鐵道機(jī)車等高科技領(lǐng)域,由于PTFE表面能極低、濕潤能力差,難以保證它與其他材料的粘結(jié)牢固,而通過加入其他纖維可以改善織物襯墊整體的粘結(jié)性。大量實(shí)驗(yàn)表明PTFE纖維織物襯墊只有在適宜的粘結(jié)工藝下,才能保證其與基體的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度。因此,本文結(jié)合自潤滑關(guān)節(jié)軸承使用工況,對采用不同粘結(jié)方法制備的軸承進(jìn)行剝離強(qiáng)度測試和摩擦學(xué)性能試驗(yàn),通過大量的試驗(yàn),研究了不同粘結(jié)方法及擺動(dòng)條件對關(guān)節(jié)軸承摩擦學(xué)性能的影響,并結(jié)合掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、三維表面輪廓測試儀、EDAX能譜分析儀(EDS)對襯墊磨損表面形貌進(jìn)行了微觀分析,分析了不同粘結(jié)方法及擺動(dòng)條件對關(guān)節(jié)軸承摩擦學(xué)性能的影響規(guī)律。主要研究工作如下: 自主設(shè)計(jì)并制備了一套用于小型關(guān)節(jié)軸承剝離試驗(yàn)的配套夾具,實(shí)現(xiàn)了小型關(guān)節(jié)軸承粘結(jié)面的曲面剝離試驗(yàn),夾具結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、夾持和更換試樣方便,保證了剝離試驗(yàn)的順利進(jìn)行。 通過對不同粘結(jié)方法的關(guān)節(jié)軸承進(jìn)行襯墊剝離試驗(yàn),分析了影響襯墊剝離強(qiáng)度的因素及其影響規(guī)律。對不同粘結(jié)方法軸承進(jìn)行不同擺動(dòng)頻率和不同擺動(dòng)方式的摩擦學(xué)性能試驗(yàn),探討了粘結(jié)方法、襯墊材料及擺動(dòng)條件等因素對軸承摩擦系數(shù)、磨損量及摩擦溫度的影響規(guī)律,進(jìn)一步提出了不同工況條件下最佳的軸承類型。 采用三維形貌輪廓儀、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、能譜儀(EDS)對關(guān)節(jié)軸承自潤滑襯墊磨損表面形貌進(jìn)行了微觀分析,探討了粘結(jié)方法、襯墊材料及擺動(dòng)條件等因素對襯墊材料磨損機(jī)理的影響。對進(jìn)一步改善自潤滑關(guān)節(jié)軸承粘結(jié)工藝具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Self-lubricating joint bearings are more and more widely used in high-tech fields such as aviation, aerospace, railway locomotives and so on. Due to the extremely low surface energy and poor wetting ability of PTFE, it is difficult to ensure its bond with other materials firmly. By adding other fibers, the overall adhesion of fabric liner can be improved. A large number of experiments show that the binding strength of PTFE fiber fabric liner can only be guaranteed by proper bonding process. Therefore, combined with the operating conditions of self-lubricating joint bearings, the peeling strength and tribological properties of the bearings prepared by different bonding methods were tested, and a large number of tests were carried out. The effects of different bonding methods and oscillating conditions on the tribological properties of joint bearings were studied. The wear surface morphology of the liner was analyzed with scanning electron microscope (SEM) (SEM), 3D surface profile tester and EDAX energy spectrum analyzer (EDS). The effects of different bonding methods and oscillating conditions on the tribological properties of joint bearings are analyzed. The main research work is as follows: a set of supporting fixture for small joint bearing peeling test is designed and fabricated, and the surface peeling test of small joint bearing bond surface is realized. The structure of the fixture is simple. It is convenient to clamp and replace the specimen and ensure the smooth exfoliation test. Based on the peeling test of joint bearings with different bonding methods, the factors affecting the peeling strength of the gaskets and their influencing rules are analyzed. The tribological properties of bearings with different oscillating frequencies and different swinging modes were tested with different bonding methods. The effects of bonding method, cushion materials and swing conditions on the friction coefficient, wear quantity and friction temperature of bearings were discussed. Furthermore, the best bearing type under different working conditions is put forward. The wear surface morphology of self-lubricating liner of joint bearing was analyzed by means of three-dimensional profilometer and scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy spectrometer (EDS), and the bonding method was discussed. The influence of cushion material and swing condition on the wear mechanism of liner material. It has certain reference value for further improving bonding technology of self-lubricating joint bearing.
