【摘要】：水平剖分多級式離心水泵廣泛的運用在熱電及化工等各個行業(yè),但在長期的運行過程中會出現(xiàn)流量、壓力逐漸下降的現(xiàn)象,給生產(chǎn)用戶帶來不小的困擾。結(jié)合瀘天化合成氨老系統(tǒng)P125鍋爐給水泵流量、壓力下降的典型案例來剖析造成多級離心給水泵流量、壓力下降的原因及處理方法。
[Abstract]:Horizontal split multistage centrifugal pump is widely used in many industries, such as thermoelectricity and chemical industry, but in the long-term operation process, the flow rate will appear, the pressure will gradually decline, to the production users to bring a lot of trouble. Combined with the typical cases of water supply pump flow and pressure drop of P125 boiler in the old system of Lutianhua ammonia synthesis, the causes and treatment methods of the multistage centrifugal feed water pump flow and pressure drop are analyzed.
