關(guān)于機械工業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的思考

【摘要】：供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革已成為當下各界關(guān)注、討論的話題。國家主席習近平在中央財經(jīng)領(lǐng)導小組會議上強調(diào),在適度擴大總需求的同時,著力加強供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革。學界也對"供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革"的內(nèi)涵、外延給予了高度關(guān)注,認為供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革在"十三五"時期,甚至在更長的時間內(nèi),將處于突出位置,這一改革過程將為中國未來經(jīng)濟的行穩(wěn)致遠和健康活力發(fā)揮重要作用。供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革如何推進?思路如何變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實?已是擺在各行各業(yè)面前的急迫問題。本期"高層論壇"將由機械行業(yè)老領(lǐng)導、原機械工業(yè)部副部長沈烈初博士,結(jié)合我國機械工業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,談談對供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的理解和思考,相信對業(yè)界相關(guān)領(lǐng)導、相關(guān)部門、相關(guān)企業(yè)在制定供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的決策、貫徹相關(guān)政策、實施相應改革的過程中會提供一些思路,從而起到參考、啟迪和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Supply-side structural reform has become a topic of concern and discussion. President Xi Jinping stressed at a meeting of the central leading group on finance and economics that efforts should be made to strengthen supply-side structural reforms while moderately expanding aggregate demand. Academic circles have also paid close attention to the connotation and extension of "supply-side structural reform". They believe that supply-side structural reform will be in a prominent position during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, or even for a longer period of time. This reform process will play an important role in China's future economic stability and health and vitality. How to push forward supply-side structural reform? How can ideas be turned into reality? Has been put in front of various industries urgent problems. This issue of the "high-level forum" will be led by the old leader of the machinery industry and former vice minister of machinery industry, Dr. Shen Linchu. In the light of the current situation of the machinery industry in China, we will talk about understanding and thinking about the structural reform on the supply side, and believe that we will give relevant leaders to the industry. Relevant departments and relevant enterprises will provide some ideas in the process of formulating supply-side structural reform, carrying out relevant policies and implementing corresponding reforms, thus playing a reference, enlightenment and reference role.
