基于數(shù)值計(jì)算方法的蝸線齒輪副設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)蝸線齒輪副中共軛齒輪節(jié)曲線向徑與其轉(zhuǎn)角間無(wú)明確函數(shù)表達(dá)式的問(wèn)題,采用數(shù)值計(jì)算方法得到了主從動(dòng)輪轉(zhuǎn)角間的函數(shù)關(guān)系,從而確定了從動(dòng)輪節(jié)曲線方程,利用繪圖軟件對(duì)蝸線齒輪副進(jìn)行了建模仿真。通過(guò)對(duì)比從動(dòng)輪理論與實(shí)際轉(zhuǎn)角之間的誤差,檢驗(yàn)了齒輪副設(shè)計(jì)精度并驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性。該方法計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)便高效,齒輪設(shè)計(jì)精度滿(mǎn)足該類(lèi)齒輪的實(shí)際加工需求,為蝸線齒輪副的設(shè)計(jì)與建模提供了新方法,為蝸線齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)以及動(dòng)力學(xué)特性分析奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that there is no explicit functional expression between the curve diameters of conjugate gears and their rotation angles in cochlear gear pairs, the functional relationship between the rotation angles of the master and slave gears is obtained by using the numerical calculation method, and the curve equation of the pitch curves of the slave gears is determined. The cochlear line gear pair is modeled and simulated by drawing software. By comparing the error between the theory and the actual rotation angle, the design accuracy of the gear pair is tested and the feasibility of the method is verified. This method is simple and efficient, and the precision of gear design can meet the practical machining requirement of this kind of gear. It provides a new method for the design and modeling of cochlear line gear pair, and lays a foundation for the kinematics and dynamic characteristic analysis of cochlear line gear transmission system.
