基于模型的轉(zhuǎn)子裂紋時(shí)域識(shí)別方法研究

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)建設(shè)中,大型的旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械設(shè)備被廣泛應(yīng)用在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,轉(zhuǎn)軸上的疲勞裂紋是一類重要的轉(zhuǎn)子缺陷形式,若其不能被及時(shí)檢測(cè)出,將會(huì)導(dǎo)致災(zāi)難性的后果,因此保證它們安全穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行是十分必要的。 本課題的目的是研究一種在時(shí)域上,對(duì)在線轉(zhuǎn)子的裂紋位置及深度進(jìn)行診斷和識(shí)別的方法,稱為基于模型的轉(zhuǎn)子裂紋時(shí)域識(shí)別方法。首先需要利用已有的有通過限元法建立的裂紋-轉(zhuǎn)子模型,計(jì)算裂紋轉(zhuǎn)子的振動(dòng)特性;基于模態(tài)擴(kuò)展理論,通過使用有限個(gè)自由度上的振動(dòng)擴(kuò)展得到全部自由度的振動(dòng);運(yùn)用動(dòng)力學(xué)方程計(jì)算等效力,觀察裂紋等效力的分布;使用通過剛度的變化得到的理論裂紋模型,計(jì)算不同裂紋條件下的理論值;運(yùn)用最小二乘法,分別對(duì)模態(tài)擴(kuò)展得到的等效力的測(cè)量值,與通過理論裂紋模型得到的理論值,進(jìn)行比較和篩選,找出最可能出現(xiàn)裂紋的位置跟深度,最后通過驗(yàn)對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了討論和驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:In modern industrial construction, large rotating machinery is widely used in various fields. The fatigue crack on rotating shaft is an important form of rotor defect. If it can not be detected in time, it will lead to disastrous consequences. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure their safe and stable operation. The purpose of this paper is to study a method to diagnose and identify the position and depth of a rotor crack in time domain, which is called a model-based method for rotor crack identification in time domain. Firstly, the vibration characteristics of cracked rotor should be calculated by using the existing crack-rotor model established by finite element method, and the vibration of all degrees of freedom can be obtained by using the vibration propagation on finite degrees of freedom based on modal expansion theory. Using the kinetic equation to calculate the equal force, observe the distribution of the equal force of the crack, use the theoretical crack model obtained by the change of stiffness, calculate the theoretical value under different crack conditions, use the least square method, The measured values of equal force obtained by modal propagation and the theoretical values obtained by theoretical crack model are compared and screened to find out the most likely location and depth of cracks. Finally, the results are discussed and verified by a test.
