【摘要】：隨著河北省現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系的建立,河北省制造業(yè),特別是裝備制造業(yè),在河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起著越來(lái)越重要的作用。經(jīng)過(guò)多年的發(fā)展,河北省裝備制造業(yè)許多技術(shù)已達(dá)到世界先進(jìn)水平,部分企業(yè)依托自身的優(yōu)勢(shì),抓住機(jī)遇參與國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與競(jìng)爭(zhēng),已形成以保定、石家莊、秦唐滄地區(qū)為中心,以保定天威、長(zhǎng)城汽車、中鋼邢機(jī)等為代表的獨(dú)具特色的品牌企業(yè),河北省裝備制造業(yè)正在成為繼鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)之后的又一大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。 本文首先從產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和裝備制造業(yè)的有關(guān)理論研究出發(fā),分別對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論和實(shí)證研究現(xiàn)狀以及國(guó)內(nèi)裝備制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究作了綜合評(píng)述,重點(diǎn)討論了產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響因素、產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)、國(guó)內(nèi)裝備制造業(yè)內(nèi)涵以及對(duì)其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究,為研究河北省裝備制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力做好了理論鋪墊。然后,從規(guī)模實(shí)力、發(fā)展速度和行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面分析了河北省裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合河北省實(shí)際情況,從人力資源、資本、技術(shù)等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)河北省裝備制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了定性分析以及其發(fā)展中存在的主要問(wèn)題。接下來(lái),本文分別采用顯示性比較優(yōu)勢(shì)指數(shù)法和主成分分析法兩種方法完成了河北省裝備制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的定量分析,定量分析結(jié)果顯示,電器機(jī)械及器材制造業(yè)是河北省裝備制造業(yè)中最具比較優(yōu)勢(shì)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的行業(yè)。最后,綜合考慮兩種分析方法得出的結(jié)論,提出了發(fā)展河北省裝備制造業(yè)的思路,以及從自主創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和政府政策等幾個(gè)角度提出了促進(jìn)河北省裝備制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of modern industrial system in Hebei Province, manufacturing industry, especially equipment manufacturing industry, plays an increasingly important role in the economic development of Hebei Province. After years of development, many technologies in the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province have reached the advanced level in the world. Some enterprises, relying on their own advantages and seizing the opportunity to participate in international economic cooperation and competition, have formed Baoding and Shijiazhuang. Taking Baoding Tianwei, the Great Wall cars and Sinosteel Xingji as the representative brand enterprises, the equipment manufacturing industry of Hebei Province is becoming another pillar industry after the iron and steel industry. Starting from the theoretical research of industrial competitiveness and equipment manufacturing industry, this paper makes a comprehensive review on the domestic and foreign industrial competitiveness theory and empirical research, as well as the domestic equipment manufacturing competitiveness research. The paper mainly discusses the influencing factors of industrial competitiveness, the evaluation of industrial competitiveness, the connotation of domestic equipment manufacturing industry and the study of its competitiveness, which lays a good theoretical foundation for the study of the competitiveness of Hebei Province's equipment manufacturing industry. Then, from the aspects of scale strength, development speed and industry structure, this paper analyzes the present situation of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province, combining with the actual situation in Hebei Province, from the aspects of human resources and capital. This paper makes qualitative analysis on the competitiveness of Hebei equipment manufacturing industry and the main problems existing in its development from several aspects such as technology. Then, this paper uses the method of indicator comparative advantage index and principal component analysis to complete the quantitative analysis of the competitiveness of Hebei equipment manufacturing industry. The quantitative analysis results show that, Electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is the most competitive and comparative advantage in Hebei equipment manufacturing industry. Finally, considering the conclusions of the two analytical methods, the paper puts forward the idea of developing the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province, as well as the independent innovation. The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the competitiveness of Hebei equipment manufacturing industry are put forward from industrial clusters and government policies.
