機(jī)械參數(shù)對彈簧質(zhì)量塊式加速度開關(guān)精度影響分析

【摘要】:針對彈簧質(zhì)量塊式加速度開關(guān)普遍存在過載值精度低、生產(chǎn)調(diào)試過程中動作過載值易發(fā)生偏移問題。文章對典型壓縮彈簧質(zhì)量塊式加速度開關(guān)建立了力學(xué)方程,分析了彈簧彎曲角度、摩擦系數(shù)等機(jī)械參數(shù)對加速度開關(guān)的過載性能影響。得出壓縮彈簧質(zhì)量塊式加速度開關(guān)的彈簧彎曲角度及摩擦系數(shù)對加速度開關(guān)過載性能的影響規(guī)律。得出加速度開關(guān)質(zhì)量塊與導(dǎo)向結(jié)構(gòu)之間的摩擦系數(shù)ε0.04,加速度開關(guān)的壓縮彈簧與導(dǎo)向結(jié)構(gòu)中心軸之間的夾角θ1和θ2絕對值小于3°,能夠使得加速度開關(guān)合格率達(dá)到90%以上的結(jié)果,對于產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)控制提供了參考數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the low precision of overload value in spring mass block accelerometer switch, it is easy to offset the action overload value in the process of production and debugging. In this paper, the mechanical equation of the typical mass block acceleration switch of compression spring is established, and the influence of mechanical parameters such as spring bending angle and friction coefficient on the overload performance of the acceleration switch is analyzed. The influence of spring bending angle and friction coefficient on overload performance of compression spring mass block accelerator is obtained. The results show that the friction coefficient 蔚 0.04 between the mass block of the acceleration switch and the guide structure, the angle 胃 1 and 胃 2 between the compression spring of the acceleration switch and the center axis of the guide structure are less than 3 擄, and the qualified rate of the acceleration switch can reach more than 90%. It provides reference data for product production control.
