面向單件生產(chǎn)方式的計劃與排程系統(tǒng)的研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:全球經(jīng)濟一體化格局的加強為制造業(yè)的飛躍發(fā)展提供了廣闊的平臺,這就要求制造企業(yè)進行高質(zhì)與高效的生產(chǎn)和管理,制造業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展不僅帶來了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的挑戰(zhàn),對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理方式也提出了更高的要求。制造業(yè)信息化管理水平的高低直接影響著企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,是企業(yè)綜合實力的象征和市場競爭力水平的標志。 隨著企業(yè)生產(chǎn)分工與協(xié)作的加強,不同產(chǎn)品制造工藝流程精細化程度逐漸提升,為了滿足個性化產(chǎn)品的需求,以及產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)成本和生命周期的合理化,單件生產(chǎn)方式越來越受到企業(yè)的青睞,同時,在該方式下的企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計劃管理與排程等車間生產(chǎn)控制策略也逐漸被生產(chǎn)管理人員所重視。本文以面向ETO生產(chǎn)模式的企業(yè)為模型,采用單件生產(chǎn)方式為研究背景,通過建立企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計劃模型、加工車間生產(chǎn)排程模型與算法求解以及開發(fā)相關(guān)軟件信息系統(tǒng),旨在提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)控制管理水平,課題的展開包括以下幾個方面內(nèi)容: 一、在總結(jié)企業(yè)模型相關(guān)理論知識的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合課題研究背景,采用面向?qū)ο蟮姆椒ń⑵髽I(yè)模型;同時,對該模型的實現(xiàn)所需的功能和技術(shù)進行詳細分析。 二、闡述生產(chǎn)計劃管理理論研究成果,基于企業(yè)實際生產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀,提出企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計劃管理中存在的問題,為解決這一瓶頸,建立面向單件生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)計劃管理模型。 三、概述生產(chǎn)排程相關(guān)理論知識和常規(guī)典型求解算法,構(gòu)建滿足企業(yè)運作和計劃管理方式的加工車間生產(chǎn)排程模型,建立模型的算法流程;算法的求解是加工車間有向圖的數(shù)學(xué)規(guī)劃法與基于規(guī)則方法的應(yīng)用結(jié)合,求解的目標是得到最小化制造期Cmax,并最終通過實際生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)進行算法可行性證明。 四、開發(fā)基于上述相關(guān)理論研究成果的生產(chǎn)計劃與排程管理的信息系統(tǒng),使得企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、監(jiān)控與管理業(yè)務(wù)一體化,提升制造企業(yè)的信息化管理水平。
[Abstract]:The strengthening of global economic integration provides a broad platform for the rapid development of manufacturing industry, which requires manufacturing enterprises to carry out high quality and efficient production and management. The rapid development of manufacturing industry not only brings the challenge of enterprise technological innovation. To the enterprise production management mode also proposed the higher request. The level of information management of manufacturing industry directly affects the production efficiency of enterprises and is the symbol of the comprehensive strength of enterprises and the symbol of the level of market competitiveness. With the strengthening of the division of labor and cooperation in the production of enterprises, the degree of refinement of the manufacturing process of different products is gradually enhanced, in order to meet the needs of personalized products, as well as the rationalization of product production cost and life cycle, The single-piece production method is more and more popular in enterprises, at the same time, the production planning management and scheduling of workshop production control strategies are gradually paid attention to by production managers. In this paper, the enterprise oriented to ETO production model is taken as the model, and the single-piece production mode is adopted as the research background. Through the establishment of the enterprise production planning model, the solution of the production scheduling model and algorithm in the processing workshop and the development of the related software information system, In order to improve the level of production control and management of enterprises, the development of the project includes the following aspects: first, on the basis of summarizing the relevant theoretical knowledge of the enterprise model, combined with the research background of the project, At the same time, the function and technology needed for the implementation of the model are analyzed in detail. Secondly, the research results of production planning management theory are expounded. Based on the actual production management situation of enterprises, the problems existing in production planning management are put forward. In order to solve this bottleneck, a production planning management model for single-piece production enterprises is established. Thirdly, it summarizes the theoretical knowledge of production scheduling and general typical algorithms, constructs the production scheduling model of the processing workshop that meets the enterprise operation and plan management, and establishes the algorithm flow of the model. The solution of the algorithm is a combination of the mathematical programming method of the directed graph of the workshop and the application of the rule-based method. The goal of the solution is to obtain the minimum manufacturing period Cmax, and finally prove the feasibility of the algorithm through the actual production data. Fourth, the development of production planning and scheduling management information system based on the above related theoretical research results, so as to integrate the production, monitoring and management business of enterprises, and improve the level of information management of manufacturing enterprises.
