基于TRIZ的計算機輔助產品創(chuàng)新設計系統(tǒng)研究與開發(fā)
[Abstract]:In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, independent innovation is the way for enterprises to survive and develop. The fundamental of independent innovation of enterprises is product innovation. Triz is a theory of invention and innovation that has been widely used in the world. The computer aided innovation technology based on TRIZ can integrate multi-disciplinary knowledge organically, help designers break the set of thinking, widen the limited knowledge field, and realize product innovation design more effectively. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, this paper analyzes the current research situation of CAI technology based on TRIZ, and studies and understands TRIZ and related product design theory. Secondly, based on the analysis tools and knowledge tools in TRIZ theory, Visual C 6.0 is used as the system development platform, combined with Access database and XML technology, a computer aided product innovation design system based on TRIZ is constructed and implemented. The whole system consists of eight modules: system login, problem definition and analysis, conflict problem solving, matter field analysis, functional science effect solving, knowledge base management, patent retrieval and analysis, and report generation. In the aspect of software system structure, it is a complete computer aided product innovation design system to fully support the problem definition, analysis and solution to the whole process of report generation in product innovation design to a certain extent. In the aspect of software function module design, the application process of standard solution and scientific effect knowledge in product innovation design is discussed, and the algorithm flow of applying standard solution is improved. The application process of standard solution is systematized and operable, and the function of semantic extension based on function and synonym discrimination in scientific effect knowledge base is realized by using XML technology, which improves the recall and precision of knowledge. In the aspect of knowledge base system design, TRIZ knowledge tool and patent document knowledge are used as the source of innovation knowledge, including innovation principle knowledge base, standard solution knowledge base, The functional science effect knowledge base and the engineering design case base constitute the innovative design knowledge base system. The knowledge in the software is presented in the form of multimedia such as text, animation, picture and so on, which provides the designers with the innovative knowledge in the multi-disciplinary field. Easy to master and use by designers. Finally, the paper introduces and tests the operation and operation process of each module of software system with the examples of washing machine water saving innovation design and fan noise reduction innovation design, printer patent retrieval and technology maturity prediction, knowledge base management as an example. The corresponding innovative schemes are given to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the system.
