【摘要】：LNG低溫閥門是輸送LNG的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一,LNG低溫球閥為典型代表產(chǎn)品,具有抗低溫性能好、密封要求嚴(yán)、加工難度大等特點(diǎn)。本文針對(duì)LNG低溫球閥密封要求嚴(yán)格的特點(diǎn),著重介紹了雙活塞效應(yīng)閥座的設(shè)計(jì)及Lipseal密封圈的工作原理,論述了其在LNG低溫球閥密封上的應(yīng)用情況。
[Abstract]:LNG cryogenic valve is one of the key equipments for LNG transportation. It is a typical product with good low temperature resistance, strict sealing requirements and high processing difficulty. According to the strict seal requirements of LNG cryogenic ball valve, this paper introduces the design of double piston effect valve seat and the working principle of Lipseal sealing ring, and discusses its application in LNG cryogenic ball valve seal.
