液壓Boost變換器的驅(qū)動(dòng)特性研究

【摘要】:研究液壓Boost變換器驅(qū)動(dòng)液壓缸的雙向運(yùn)動(dòng)特性。液壓Boost變換器主要由長(zhǎng)導(dǎo)管、快速開關(guān)閥和單向閥構(gòu)成,由PWM信號(hào)波控制調(diào)節(jié)。通過理論和AMESim仿真分析可知:在該系統(tǒng)中,液壓缸可以在兩個(gè)方向運(yùn)動(dòng),Boost變換器的輸出壓力要高于系統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)壓力,調(diào)節(jié)PWM信號(hào)的占空比可以控制液壓缸的運(yùn)動(dòng)速度,并且該變換器具有節(jié)能的作用。
[Abstract]:The bidirectional motion characteristics of hydraulic cylinder driven by hydraulic Boost converter are studied. Hydraulic Boost converter is mainly composed of long conduit, fast switch valve and one way valve, and is controlled by PWM signal wave. According to the theory and AMESim simulation analysis, the output pressure of the hydraulic cylinder can move in two directions is higher than the supply pressure of the system, and the speed of the hydraulic cylinder can be controlled by adjusting the duty cycle of the PWM signal. And the converter has the function of saving energy.
