【摘要】：融合多尺度分解理論和流形學(xué)習(xí)思想,提出了一種面向轉(zhuǎn)子故障特征提取的多尺度拉普拉斯特征映射算法。首先對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子故障振動(dòng)信號(hào)進(jìn)行多尺度小波包分解,提取各獨(dú)立頻帶信號(hào)的最優(yōu)尺度小波熵,構(gòu)建特征參量矩陣并估計(jì)其固有維數(shù),然后通過(guò)拉普拉斯特征映射將特征參量數(shù)據(jù)嵌入到低維本征空間,得到故障的最敏感特征,最后融合決策實(shí)現(xiàn)故障的準(zhǔn)確識(shí)別。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,相對(duì)于主成分分析算法、局部線性嵌入算法和拉普拉斯特征映射算法,多尺度拉普拉斯特征映射方法提取的轉(zhuǎn)子故障信號(hào)特征更容易識(shí)別。
[Abstract]:A multi-scale Laplace feature mapping algorithm for rotor fault feature extraction is proposed by combining multi-scale decomposition theory and manifold learning idea. Firstly, the rotor fault vibration signal is decomposed with multi-scale wavelet packet, the optimal scale wavelet entropy of each independent frequency band signal is extracted, the characteristic parameter matrix is constructed and its intrinsic dimension is estimated. Then the feature parameter data is embedded into the low-dimensional eigenspace by Laplacian feature mapping to obtain the most sensitive feature of the fault. Finally, the fusion decision is used to accurately identify the fault. The experimental results show that compared with principal component analysis (PCA) algorithm, local linear embedding algorithm and Laplace feature mapping algorithm, the multi-scale Laplace feature mapping method is easier to identify rotor fault signal features.
