循環(huán)氨水泵機(jī)械密封失效的原因分析及處理

【摘要】:循環(huán)氨水泵是山鋼濟(jì)南分公司化工廠的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一,循環(huán)氨水泵的密封性與泵的運行效率有著非常密切的關(guān)系。文章提出優(yōu)化循環(huán)氨水泵機(jī)械密封的方式以及密封性出現(xiàn)問題的原因,對循環(huán)氨水泵的機(jī)械密封形式進(jìn)行高效率的改造和處理,修改循環(huán)氨水泵的機(jī)械性密封方案,克服了原有泵的密封性問題,使得循環(huán)氨水泵的運行效率大大提高,節(jié)省了泵操作的人員成本以及物料耗損成本,對其經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的節(jié)省做出了很大的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Circulating ammonia pump is one of the key equipments in chemical plant of Jinan Branch of Shanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The sealing of circulating ammonia pump is closely related to the efficiency of pump operation. This paper puts forward the ways to optimize the mechanical seal of circulating ammonia pump and the reasons for the problems in sealing property. The mechanical seal of circulating ammonia pump is reformed and treated with high efficiency, and the mechanical seal scheme of circulating ammonia pump is modified. It overcomes the sealing problem of the original pump, greatly improves the operating efficiency of the circulating ammonia pump, saves the staff cost and material consumption cost of the pump operation, and makes a great contribution to the economic efficiency saving.
