基于PLC的螺桿泵試驗臺測試系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:螺桿泵是一種容積式泵,現(xiàn)已被廣泛應用于石油、化工、造船、交通運輸?shù)刃袠I(yè)。隨著對螺桿泵需求的增加,實際應用中對其運行效率和可靠性要求越來越高。螺桿泵的性能測試是辨別產(chǎn)品優(yōu)劣、保證系統(tǒng)性能和促進產(chǎn)品升級的重要手段。 本課題是基于PLC的螺桿泵試驗臺測試系統(tǒng)的研究。根據(jù)螺桿泵試驗方法GB/T10886-2002和JB/T8091-1998標準,制定測試方案。其性能測試中需檢測的主要參數(shù)為泵的進、出口壓力、流量、轉速、電壓、電流和功率等參數(shù)。測試系統(tǒng)設計過程綜合運用了電氣控制技術、PLC技術和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術,設計了基于西門子S7-300PLC的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),主要實現(xiàn)螺桿泵性能參數(shù)的采集和檢測功能;運用STEP7BasisV5.3和WinCC V6.0中文版軟件開發(fā)了測試系統(tǒng)的上位操作軟件,使采集到的試驗數(shù)據(jù)能在計算機上實時顯示并生成試驗報表和曲線,實現(xiàn)了計算機對試驗過程的控制和測試系統(tǒng)的自動化;同時測試系統(tǒng)還建立基于組態(tài)軟件WinCC的后臺關系型數(shù)據(jù)庫SQL Server2000,能夠高效管理系統(tǒng)的設備信息和試驗數(shù)據(jù),提供數(shù)據(jù)查詢和共享功能,保證系統(tǒng)訪問的有效性和安全性。 設計的試驗臺測試系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了螺桿泵性能參數(shù)檢測的預期目標。將PLC、數(shù)據(jù)庫等技術運用于本測試系統(tǒng),保證了測試的實時性,,提高了測試精度,實現(xiàn)了測試過程的遠程監(jiān)控。
[Abstract]:Screw pump is a kind of volumetric pump, which has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, shipbuilding, transportation and other industries. With the increasing demand for screw pump, its operation efficiency and reliability are more and more demanding in practical application. The performance test of screw pump is an important means to distinguish the quality of the product, ensure the system performance and promote the upgrade of the product. This subject is based on PLC screw pump test platform test system research. According to the standard of GB/T10886-2002 and JB/T8091-1998 of screw pump test method, the test plan is established. The main parameters to be tested in the performance test are pump inlet, outlet pressure, flow rate, rotational speed, voltage, current and power. In the design process of the test system, the electric control technology and the database technology are used synthetically, and the data acquisition system based on Siemens S7-300PLC is designed, which mainly realizes the function of collecting and detecting the performance parameters of the screw pump. The upper operating software of the test system is developed by using the Chinese version of STEP7BasisV5.3 and WinCC V6.0. The collected test data can be displayed in real time on the computer and the test reports and curves can be generated. At the same time, the test system also establishes the background relational database SQL Server 2000 based on configuration software WinCC, which can efficiently manage the equipment information and test data of the system. Provide data query and sharing functions to ensure the effectiveness and security of system access. The test system designed has achieved the expected goal of testing the screw pump performance parameters. The technology of PLC and database is applied to the test system, which ensures the real time of the test, improves the precision of the test, and realizes the remote monitoring of the test process.
