【摘要】：在針對(duì)連接套螺旋槽輪廓的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝特點(diǎn)的分析基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合普通電火花線切割加工機(jī)床的基本工作原理和螺旋運(yùn)動(dòng)的基本合成原理,提出了一種在普通電火花線切割機(jī)床上實(shí)現(xiàn)螺旋加工的工藝方法,并通過旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置的制作與安裝、連接套工件的裝夾與定位、加工尺寸計(jì)算與程序編制、螺旋槽輪廓的實(shí)際加工與過程監(jiān)測(cè)等環(huán)節(jié),實(shí)現(xiàn)連接套螺旋槽的批量加工。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the basic structure and technological characteristics of the spiral groove profile of the connecting sleeve, the basic working principle of the general WEDM machine tool and the basic synthesis principle of the spiral motion are combined. In this paper, a method of helical machining on the common WEDM machine tool is presented. Through the manufacture and installation of the rotating device, the clamping and positioning of the connecting sleeve workpiece, the calculation of the machining dimension and the programming are carried out. The actual machining and process monitoring of spiral grooves can realize batch machining of spiral grooves.
