基于可拓變換的葉片制造工藝快速擴(kuò)散方法研究

【摘要】:快速擴(kuò)散制造是為應(yīng)對(duì)戰(zhàn)時(shí)環(huán)境下武器快速大批量生產(chǎn)的而提出的一種制造模式,加工工藝擴(kuò)散是快速擴(kuò)散制造體系中最為核心的技術(shù)之一。在工藝擴(kuò)散過程中,制造工藝、制造資源之間存在大量不確定的矛盾問題,如何提高制造工藝應(yīng)對(duì)擴(kuò)散企業(yè)制造能力動(dòng)態(tài)變化的適應(yīng)能力是其中的關(guān)鍵問題。本文就這一問題進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究,給出了制造工藝層次化基元模型、層次關(guān)系分析技術(shù)、工藝擴(kuò)散矛盾問題解決技術(shù)、調(diào)整工藝選擇技術(shù),最后結(jié)合技術(shù)方法研究開發(fā)了葉片制造工藝快速擴(kuò)散原型系統(tǒng)。 全文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 1.采用基元理論,構(gòu)建葉片制造工藝擴(kuò)散層次化模型,設(shè)計(jì)了制造任務(wù)層、制造工藝層、制造資源層三個(gè)層次信息模型,在層次模型的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了相鄰層次之間的連接映射關(guān)系和任務(wù)-資源相隔層間的匹配關(guān)系,給出了基于制造任務(wù)的制造資源選擇計(jì)算過程。 2.提出可拓變換制造工藝矛盾問題解決方法。分析了葉片制造工藝擴(kuò)散過程中矛盾產(chǎn)生機(jī)理和葉片制造工藝的可擴(kuò)散性,設(shè)計(jì)了葉片制造工藝擴(kuò)散流程和矛盾消解流程,結(jié)合多種變換方法對(duì)葉片制造工藝擴(kuò)散矛盾模型中的工藝、制造資源等做可拓變換,尋求解決工藝擴(kuò)散中的矛盾問題消解機(jī)制,給出工藝擴(kuò)散過程中矛盾消解策略。 3.提出基于多維關(guān)聯(lián)函數(shù)的葉片調(diào)整工藝選擇方法。分析調(diào)整工藝對(duì)擴(kuò)散制造產(chǎn)生的影響,并引入關(guān)系矩陣和基于實(shí)例搜索的方法量化影響,得到調(diào)整工藝的影響值。在影響約束的基礎(chǔ)上,通過多維關(guān)聯(lián)函數(shù)計(jì)算,生成符合主制企業(yè)需求的擴(kuò)散工藝調(diào)整方案。 4.結(jié)合提出的理論技術(shù)方法,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了葉片制造工藝快速擴(kuò)散驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng),初步驗(yàn)證了理論技術(shù)方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Rapid diffusion manufacturing is a manufacturing model proposed to deal with the rapid mass production of weapons in wartime environment. The process diffusion is one of the core technologies in the rapid diffusion manufacturing system. In the process of process diffusion, there are a lot of contradictions between manufacturing process and manufacturing resources. How to improve the adaptability of manufacturing process to the dynamic change of manufacturing capability is the key problem. In this paper, the relevant research on this problem is carried out, and the hierarchical primitive model of manufacturing process, the technology of hierarchical relationship analysis, the technology of solving the problem of process diffusion contradiction, and the technology of adjusting process selection are given. Finally, a prototype system for rapid diffusion of blade manufacturing process is developed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Based on the basic element theory, a hierarchical model of blade manufacturing process diffusion is constructed, and three levels of information models are designed: manufacturing task layer, manufacturing process layer and manufacturing resource layer. Based on the hierarchical model, the connection mapping relationship between adjacent layers and the matching relationship between task and resource are designed, and the process of manufacturing resource selection based on manufacturing task is given. 2. A method to solve the contradiction problem of extension transformation manufacturing process is proposed. The mechanism of blade manufacturing process diffusion and the diffusibility of blade manufacturing process are analyzed. The blade manufacturing process diffusion process and conflict resolution process are designed. Combined with various transformation methods, the process and manufacturing resources in the process diffusion contradiction model of blade manufacturing are transformed, and the mechanism of resolving the contradiction problem in the process diffusion is sought, and the resolution strategy of the contradiction in the process diffusion process is given. 3. A method of blade adjustment process selection based on multidimensional correlation function is proposed. The influence of adjusting process on diffusion manufacturing is analyzed, and the influence value of adjustment process is obtained by introducing the relation matrix and the method of case search. On the basis of influencing constraints, the diffusion process adjustment scheme in accordance with the demand of the main enterprise is generated through the calculation of multidimensional correlation function. 4. A rapid diffusion verification system for blade manufacturing process is designed and developed in combination with the proposed theoretical and technical methods. The feasibility and effectiveness of the theoretical and technical methods are preliminarily verified.
