【摘要】：現(xiàn)代郵遞系統(tǒng)的概念是在當(dāng)前中國郵遞系統(tǒng)受到國外大型郵遞公司的競爭沖擊而提出的，在這樣一個大環(huán)境下現(xiàn)代郵遞系統(tǒng)必須要在面對這份沖擊的情況下去適應(yīng)新的市場環(huán)境，通過準(zhǔn)確、有效的在這個混亂的大環(huán)境中抓到不斷涌現(xiàn)的機(jī)遇和商機(jī)，來不斷的完善壯大以牢牢的抓住中國郵遞市場，這就要求現(xiàn)代郵遞系統(tǒng)必須進(jìn)行一次創(chuàng)新的改革與完整的規(guī)劃。 全球郵遞市場漸漸的開放后帶動了各區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)投資和社會生產(chǎn)率得到了快速發(fā)展，這對經(jīng)濟(jì)和郵遞系統(tǒng)是一個雙贏的局面，因此我們在進(jìn)行針對國內(nèi)市場的郵遞系統(tǒng)設(shè)計研究的時候，對全面市場開放一直持有肯定態(tài)度，并在對現(xiàn)代郵遞系統(tǒng)的改良中提出了對市場開放的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。中國近代的郵遞業(yè)起于鴉片戰(zhàn)爭然后按照民國與建國初期的需求又進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)與完善，使得當(dāng)今的郵遞業(yè)處于一種拼合體的形態(tài)。因此單對當(dāng)前的郵遞體系來看也需要我們進(jìn)行改革。本文中針對國內(nèi)市場，為了使業(yè)主投遞、接收起來更加便捷，安全,對郵遞系統(tǒng)分別研究了其投遞，接收，運(yùn)送等運(yùn)作方式。然后仔細(xì)考慮了當(dāng)前的社會需要一個怎樣的郵遞系統(tǒng)，人們的習(xí)慣適合一個什么樣的郵遞系統(tǒng)，然后細(xì)細(xì)的總結(jié)區(qū)域、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境、教育程度等因素，提出了一個適合大部分人的郵遞系統(tǒng)的體系。 本文首先從國內(nèi)外的郵遞系統(tǒng)發(fā)展史開始，追本溯源對郵遞系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的解析與展望，，對當(dāng)前存在的“郵”與“遞”的運(yùn)營方式進(jìn)行了描述，闡述了郵遞的來源、發(fā)展、變革、以及當(dāng)前新型手段在郵遞系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。并對郵遞系統(tǒng)中的分揀系統(tǒng)、財務(wù)運(yùn)營、用人制度等方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析，而后分析了當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況與郵遞系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀、當(dāng)前交通發(fā)展與郵遞系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀、科技發(fā)展與地理特征對郵遞系統(tǒng)影響等，之后針對這幾方面的不足提出了新的運(yùn)營方式，包括第一公里與最后一公里的新運(yùn)作方式、對郵件跟蹤系統(tǒng)的完善、新的管理模式的提出等。并針對本文分析出的郵遞系統(tǒng)的最大不足之處提出了一個新興產(chǎn)物：現(xiàn)代郵遞系統(tǒng)終端機(jī)。最后通過舉例詳細(xì)闡述了現(xiàn)代郵遞系統(tǒng)終端機(jī)的構(gòu)造建議及使用方法。
[Abstract]:The concept of modern mail delivery system has been put forward by the competition of large foreign mail companies in China. In such an environment, the modern mail system must adapt to the new market environment in the face of this shock, by accurately and effectively seizing the opportunities and business opportunities that are constantly emerging in this chaotic environment. To continue to improve and expand to firmly grasp the Chinese mail market, which requires a modern mail system must be an innovative reform and complete planning. The gradual opening of the global mail market has led to rapid growth in regional economic investment and social productivity, which is a win-win situation for both the economy and the mail system. Therefore, in the research of mail system design for domestic market, we always hold a positive attitude towards the overall market opening, and in the improvement of the modern mail system, we put forward the further development of market opening. The postal industry in modern China began from the Opium War and then improved and perfected according to the needs of the Republic of China and the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. So the current delivery system alone needs to be reformed. Aiming at the domestic market, in order to make the owner deliver and receive more conveniently and safely, this paper studies the delivery, receiving and delivery modes of the mail system. Then carefully consider what kind of delivery system is needed in the current society, what kind of mail system people's habits are suitable for, and then carefully sum up factors such as region, economy, environment, educational level, etc. A system of mail systems suitable for most people is proposed. Starting from the history of the development of mail system at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and looks forward to the postal system in detail, describes the current operating mode of "mail" and "delivery", and expounds the source and development of postal delivery. Change, and the application of the current new means in the mail system. And the sorting system, financial operation, employment system and other aspects of the mail system are analyzed in detail, and then the current economic situation and the present situation of the mail system, the current traffic development and the present situation of the mail system are analyzed. The development of science and technology and the influence of geographical features on the mail system, etc., and then put forward a new operation mode, including the new operation mode of the first kilometer and the last kilometer, and the perfection of the mail tracking system. The proposal of a new management model, etc. A new product, modern mail system terminal, is put forward in view of the biggest deficiency of the mail system analyzed in this paper. At last, the construction suggestion and application method of the terminal of the modern mail system are described in detail by an example.
