【摘要】:通機(jī)產(chǎn)品是包括通用發(fā)電機(jī)組、水泵、割草機(jī)等以熱動(dòng)力為核心的機(jī)械設(shè)備,具有結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、種類多等特點(diǎn)。通機(jī)產(chǎn)品使用過(guò)程中的工作連續(xù)性、可靠性和穩(wěn)定性要求較高,一旦產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,客戶對(duì)質(zhì)量反饋信息處理響應(yīng)的及時(shí)性要求高。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)通機(jī)制造企業(yè)售后質(zhì)量反饋信息的處理大都采用傳統(tǒng)串行處理方式,導(dǎo)致信息處理效率低、響應(yīng)周期長(zhǎng)、客戶滿意度低等問(wèn)題,給客戶造成了嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和影響。因此,通機(jī)制造企業(yè)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品售后質(zhì)量反饋信息的有效和快速處理,對(duì)維持和提高客戶滿意度,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有著極其重要的意義。 首先,論文在分析通機(jī)產(chǎn)品售后質(zhì)量反饋信息處理現(xiàn)狀和需求的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種通機(jī)產(chǎn)品售后質(zhì)量反饋信息全生命周期網(wǎng)絡(luò)化協(xié)同處理模式,并構(gòu)建了一種從通機(jī)產(chǎn)品售后質(zhì)量反饋信息受理、采集、傳遞、處理到監(jiān)控的全生命周期網(wǎng)絡(luò)化協(xié)同處理支持系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、功能體系和運(yùn)行流程。 在以上總體技術(shù)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了通機(jī)產(chǎn)品售后質(zhì)量反饋信息全生命周期網(wǎng)絡(luò)化協(xié)同處理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的技術(shù)框架,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的部分關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,包括基于Web Services的售后質(zhì)量反饋信息全生命周期網(wǎng)絡(luò)化協(xié)同處理業(yè)務(wù)流程配置與重用、基于移動(dòng)通信接口技術(shù)的售后質(zhì)量反饋信息處理提示實(shí)時(shí)傳遞方法和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化協(xié)同處理動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。 最后,基于以上研究,設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)了一套通機(jī)產(chǎn)品售后質(zhì)量反饋信息全生命周期網(wǎng)絡(luò)化協(xié)同處理支持系統(tǒng),并在重慶某通機(jī)制造企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)施和應(yīng)用,取得了良好應(yīng)用效果。
[Abstract]:Ventilator products include general-purpose generating sets, water pumps, lawn mowers and other mechanical equipment with thermal power as the core, with complex structure and many kinds of characteristics. The work continuity, reliability and stability in the process of using the product are very high. Once the product has a quality problem, the customer requests the timely response of the quality feedback information processing. At present, the traditional serial processing method is mostly used in the processing of after-sale quality feedback information in our country's machinery manufacturing enterprises, which leads to low efficiency of information processing, long response period, low customer satisfaction and so on. To the customer caused serious economic loss and impact. Therefore, how to realize the effective and rapid processing of after-sale quality feedback information in the manufacturing enterprises is of great significance to maintain and improve customer satisfaction and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the current situation and demand of the quality feedback information processing after sale of the products, a networked collaborative processing mode of the whole life cycle of the quality feedback information after the sale of the products is put forward in this paper. The architecture, function system and running flow of the networked collaborative processing support system for the whole life cycle from receiving, collecting, transferring, processing to monitoring the quality feedback information after sale of the machine products are constructed. On the basis of the overall technical research above, the technical framework of the network collaborative processing system for the whole life cycle of the quality feedback information of the product after sale is established, and some key technologies of the system are studied. It includes the configuration and reuse of web services-based after-sales quality feedback information, the whole lifecycle networked collaborative processing business process configuration and reuse. Based on the mobile communication interface technology, the key technologies such as real-time transmission method of after-sale quality feedback information processing and dynamic monitoring of networked cooperative processing are discussed. Finally, based on the above research, a set of networked collaborative processing support system for after-sale quality feedback information of machine products is designed and developed. The system is implemented and applied in a certain manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing, and good application results have been obtained.
