【摘要】：現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制是職業(yè)教育服務(wù)當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的有效的人才培養(yǎng)模式,將職業(yè)教育與勞動(dòng)就業(yè)進(jìn)行互動(dòng)發(fā)展,是深化產(chǎn)教融合、校企合作,推進(jìn)工學(xué)結(jié)合、知行合一的有效途徑,目前現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制還處在試點(diǎn)階段,為了保證試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施,積極探索"邊試點(diǎn)、邊診斷、邊改進(jìn)、邊總結(jié)"專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)思路,將專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)診斷與改進(jìn)機(jī)制引入現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目中,設(shè)計(jì)出了專(zhuān)業(yè)診斷流程,根據(jù)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的特殊性,構(gòu)建了現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制教學(xué)診斷指標(biāo)體系,明確了診斷的具體項(xiàng)目,強(qiáng)化了過(guò)程性診斷。
[Abstract]:The modern apprenticeship system is an effective talent training mode for vocational education to serve the current economic and social development. The interactive development of vocational education and labor employment is to deepen the integration of industry and education, cooperation between schools and enterprises, and to promote the combination of work and learning. At present, the modern apprenticeship system is still in the pilot stage. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the pilot project, we should actively explore the idea of professional construction, which includes "pilot project, diagnosis, improvement and summary". This paper introduces the mechanism of professional teaching diagnosis and improvement into the pilot project of modern apprenticeship system, designs the flow of professional diagnosis, constructs the diagnostic index system of modern apprenticeship teaching according to the particularity of modern apprenticeship system, and clarifies the specific items of diagnosis. Enhanced process diagnosis.
