【摘要】：為了高效地從CAPP數(shù)據(jù)庫中挖掘出典型工藝路線,提出一種應(yīng)用模糊商空間理論進行典型工藝路線獲取的方法。首先基于特征建立零件工藝路線相似度的評價模型,并應(yīng)用模糊商空間理論構(gòu)建零件工藝路線的分層遞階結(jié)構(gòu);然后采用信息熵對分層遞階結(jié)構(gòu)中的工藝路線粒度空間進行定量描述,并根據(jù)信息增益和最低工藝路線相似度來確定最優(yōu)粒度空間;最后對最優(yōu)粒度空間中工藝路線粒進行處理,找到粒內(nèi)工藝路線的最長公共子序列,得到典型工藝路線。應(yīng)用實例驗證了該方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to efficiently mine typical process routes from CAPP database, a method of obtaining typical process routes using fuzzy quotient space theory is proposed. Firstly, based on the feature, the evaluation model of part process route similarity is established, and the hierarchical structure of part process route is constructed by using fuzzy quotient space theory. Then the information entropy is used to quantitatively describe the granularity space of the process route in the hierarchical structure, and the optimal granularity space is determined according to the information gain and the minimum process path similarity. Finally, the process route grains in the optimal particle size space are treated, and the longest common sub-sequences of the intragranular process routes are found, and the typical process routes are obtained. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by an example.
