高速鐵路軸承試驗臺設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:高速鐵路軸承是鐵路車輛重要的行走支承部件,其精度、壽命、可靠性等指標對高鐵車輛的性能和安全性起著重要的作用,因此高速鐵路軸承各項性能參數(shù)須進行試驗測試。本文研究的目的是設(shè)計一種能夠試驗高速鐵路軸承性能的試驗臺,該試驗臺能最大程度地模擬鐵路車輛行駛工況,并測試高速鐵路軸承的耐久性。主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 分析了軸承試驗臺的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展狀況,根據(jù)高速鐵路軸承試驗臺的功能與技術(shù)要求確定了總體設(shè)計方案;根據(jù)試驗臺模擬工況的特性完成了試驗臺的機械系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,其中主要的是被試軸承、主軸、驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)等設(shè)計,并完成試驗臺的三維CAD模型設(shè)計;根據(jù)試驗要求,設(shè)計出試驗臺的加載系統(tǒng);建立了高速鐵路軸承試驗臺主軸的參數(shù)化有限元模型,利用有限元分析軟件ANSYS對主軸進行了模態(tài)分析,初步判定主軸會發(fā)生共振,為了避免共振,以提高主軸一階固有頻率、降低主軸重量對主軸結(jié)構(gòu)進行了優(yōu)化計算,從而確立了支撐軸承的位置,主軸在自重減輕的情況下提高了其一階固有頻率,改善了主軸的動態(tài)性能,并且有效地避開了共振區(qū);借助優(yōu)化后的數(shù)據(jù),基于ANSYS對試驗臺關(guān)鍵零件進行了有限元結(jié)構(gòu)靜力學分析,既滿足了設(shè)計要求,又驗證了結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性。
[Abstract]:High speed railway bearing is an important moving supporting part of railway vehicles. Its precision, life, reliability and other indexes play an important role in the performance and safety of high speed railway vehicles. Therefore, the performance parameters of high speed railway bearings must be tested and tested. The purpose of this paper is to design a kind of test bed which can test the performance of high-speed railway bearings. The test bench can simulate the running conditions of railway vehicles to the greatest extent and test the durability of high-speed railway bearings. The main research contents are as follows: the development of bearing test-bed at home and abroad is analyzed, and the overall design scheme is determined according to the function and technical requirements of high-speed railway bearing test-bed; According to the characteristics of the simulated working conditions of the test bed, the design of the mechanical system of the test bed is completed, including the design of the bearing, the spindle, the drive system, and the design of the three-dimensional CAD model of the test bed, according to the requirements of the test, The loading system of the test bed is designed, the parameterized finite element model of the spindle of the high-speed railway bearing test-bed is established, the modal analysis of the spindle is carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and it is preliminarily determined that the spindle will resonate, in order to avoid the resonance, In order to increase the first order natural frequency of the spindle and reduce the weight of the spindle, the structure of the spindle is optimized and the position of the supporting bearing is established, and the natural frequency of the first order is improved and the dynamic performance of the spindle is improved when the weight of the spindle is reduced. With the help of the optimized data, the finite element statics analysis of the key parts of the test-bed is carried out based on ANSYS, which not only meets the design requirements, but also verifies the safety of the structure.
