記憶合金驅(qū)動無閥微泵技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:形狀記憶合金具有功重比大、驅(qū)動能力強、占用空間小等特點,適合驅(qū)動某些微泵。本文以記憶合金和微泵為研究背景,提出了柵欄式記憶合金板的概念,用柵欄式記憶合金板為驅(qū)動器,驅(qū)動無閥微泵。 論文在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上做了以下工作。提出了柵欄式記憶合金板的概念,以形狀記憶合金本構(gòu)關(guān)系和梁的大撓度變形為依據(jù),推導出柵欄式記憶合金板驅(qū)動器的本構(gòu)模型,得到了記憶合金宏觀應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變、和溫度的本構(gòu)關(guān)系。通過記憶合金特性相關(guān)參數(shù)的實驗,得到了不同溫度下彈性模量、應(yīng)力影響系數(shù)、記憶合金相變溫度等模型特性的數(shù)據(jù)。設(shè)計了檢驗柵欄式記憶合金本構(gòu)模型的實驗裝置,此裝置可以測得記憶合金溫度和變形的關(guān)系。通過高速攝像和單片機控制得到的實驗數(shù)據(jù),評價已推導的模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上通過仿真分析了風速對柵欄式記憶合金板的影響效率。 在對無閥泵的研究中,論文對無閥泵的口型進行了改進,通過仿真分析了速度、壓力和流量場,實現(xiàn)了無閥微泵效率的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Shape memory alloy (SMA) is suitable for driving some micropumps because of its high power to weight ratio, strong driving ability and small space occupation. In this paper, the concept of palisade memory alloy plate is put forward based on the memory alloy and micropump. The valveless micropump is driven by the palisade memory alloy plate. On the basis of summarizing the related research results at home and abroad, the thesis has done the following work. Based on the constitutive relation of shape memory alloy and the large deflection deformation of beam, the constitutive model of the bar memory alloy plate driver is derived, and the macroscopic stress and strain of the memory alloy are obtained. And temperature. Through the experiment of the parameters related to the properties of the memory alloy, the data of the elastic modulus, the influence coefficient of stress and the phase transition temperature of the memory alloy were obtained at different temperatures. An experimental device for testing the constitutive model of the palisade memory alloy is designed. The relationship between temperature and deformation of the alloy can be measured by this device. Based on the experimental data obtained by high speed camera and single chip computer control, the derived model is evaluated. On this basis, the effect of wind speed on the efficiency of the palisade memory alloy plate is analyzed by simulation. In the research of valveless pump, the orifice of valveless pump is improved, and the efficiency of valveless micro-pump is optimized by simulation and analysis of velocity, pressure and flow field.
