斜置雙瓣止回閥內(nèi)部流態(tài)的模擬與試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了改進(jìn)普通止回閥存在的開啟角度小、流阻系數(shù)大等不足,設(shè)計(jì)一種新型斜置雙瓣止回閥,對(duì)其在30°、50°、70°、80°及全開工況下的內(nèi)部流動(dòng)特性進(jìn)行分析,計(jì)算出流阻系數(shù)及流量系數(shù)。對(duì)其進(jìn)行壓力損失特性試驗(yàn)及流量特性試驗(yàn),計(jì)算出每個(gè)工況下的流阻系數(shù)及流量系數(shù),將其與模擬數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。研究結(jié)果表明,斜置雙瓣止回閥的模擬結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果比較接近,開啟角度大,壓力損失小,流阻系數(shù)小,流量系數(shù)大,通流能力好。通過對(duì)斜置雙瓣止回閥進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬及試驗(yàn)研究,斜置雙瓣止回閥的設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)流體系統(tǒng)節(jié)能具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the common check valve with small opening angle and large flow resistance coefficient, a new type of oblique double-valve check valve was designed. The internal flow characteristics of the valve under 30 擄~ 50 擄~ 70 擄~ 80 擄and full open working conditions were analyzed, and the flow resistance coefficient and flow coefficient were calculated. The pressure loss characteristic test and flow characteristic test are carried out to calculate the flow resistance coefficient and flow coefficient under each working condition, and the flow resistance coefficient and flow coefficient are compared and analyzed with the simulated data. The results show that the simulation results of oblique double-valve check valve are close to the experimental results, with large opening angle, small pressure loss, small flow resistance coefficient, large flow coefficient and good flow capacity. Through the numerical simulation and experimental study on the oblique double-valve check valve, the design of the oblique double-valve check valve is of guiding significance to the energy saving of fluid system.
