【摘要】:閥門定位器作為氣動調(diào)節(jié)閥的主要附件之一,可以改善調(diào)節(jié)閥特性、提高定位的精度和內(nèi)設(shè)參數(shù)可選擇增加了控制的靈活性。目前定位器研究的熱點主要是智能電氣閥門定位器,國外一些大公司:如西門子SIEMENS、費希爾—羅斯蒙特Fisher-Rosemount等已相繼推出智能閥位定位器產(chǎn)品。國內(nèi)在這方面起步較晚。國內(nèi)目前普遍使用的閥門定位器采用的是機械式力平衡原理,存在一些問題,而由國外進口的智能型定位器價格昂貴。因此研究設(shè)計智能電氣閥門定位器是十分必要的。 本文通過分析定位器的原理,明確當前工業(yè)過程控制對閥門定位器的基本要求,同時結(jié)合國內(nèi)、外典型智能閥門定位器產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與功能,研究開發(fā)了一種基于32位的ARM7系列中的LPC2290微處理器的新型智能電氣閥門定位器。 本論文主要完成了以下幾方面研究工作: 1.在分析國內(nèi)、外智能閥門定位器產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,明確定位器硬件設(shè)計要求,完成了以微處理器LPC2290為核心的定位器硬件電路設(shè)計,其中包括微處理器硬件資源分配、電源電路、電流信號檢測電路、閥位檢測電路、AD轉(zhuǎn)換電路、壓電閥驅(qū)動電路、按鍵與顯示電路的設(shè)計。同時完成了對各個硬件電路的調(diào)試與驅(qū)動程序的編寫。 2.在分析國內(nèi)、外智能閥門定位器產(chǎn)品功能的基礎(chǔ)上,明確本文的功能需求,針對需完成的功能編寫定位器軟件程序。其中包括定位器人機界面監(jiān)控程序、初始化程序及控制算法的編寫。 3.分析被控對象空載下的特性,針對被控對象特性提出相應的控制算法,通過閉環(huán)實驗驗證本文提出的控制算法閥位控制效果良好,并與國內(nèi)的樂清市自動化儀表九廠生產(chǎn)的SEPP4000智能閥門定位器的閥位控制效果進行比較,實驗結(jié)果表明,本文提出的閥位控制算法效果更佳。
[Abstract]:As one of the main accessories of the pneumatic control valve, the valve positioner can improve the characteristics of the control valve, improve the positioning accuracy and increase the flexibility of control by selecting the internal parameters. At present, the research focus of positioner is mainly intelligent electric valve positioner. Some large foreign companies, such as Siemens Siemens, Fisher Rosemount and so on, have introduced intelligent valve positioner products one after another. China started late in this area. The mechanical force balance principle is widely used in the valve positioner in our country, which has some problems, but the intelligent positioner imported from abroad is expensive. Therefore, it is necessary to study and design the intelligent electric valve positioner. By analyzing the principle of the positioner, this paper clarifies the basic requirements of the current industrial process control for the valve positioner, and at the same time combines the structure and function of the typical intelligent valve positioner at home and abroad. A new type of intelligent electrical valve positioner based on LPC2290 microprocessor in 32 bit ARM7 series is developed. This paper mainly completed the following research work: 1. Based on the analysis of domestic and external intelligent valve positioner product structure, the hardware design requirements of locator are clarified, and the hardware circuit design of locator based on microprocessor LPC2290 is completed, including the allocation of microprocessor hardware resources. Power circuit, current signal detection circuit, valve position detection circuit AD conversion circuit, piezoelectric valve drive circuit, key and display circuit design. At the same time completed the debugging of each hardware circuit and driver programming. 2. On the basis of analyzing the functions of domestic and foreign intelligent valve positioner products, the functional requirements of this paper are clarified, and the software program of locator is written for the functions to be completed. Including positioner man-machine interface monitoring procedures, initialization procedures and control algorithms. 3. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the controlled object under no load, the corresponding control algorithm is proposed. The closed-loop experiment proves that the control algorithm proposed in this paper has a good effect on the valve position control. Compared with the valve position control effect of SEPP4000 intelligent valve positioner produced by Yueqing automatic instrument Factory in China, the experimental results show that the effect of valve position control algorithm proposed in this paper is better.
