【摘要】:金屬間隙密封氣缸作為一種新型的低摩擦氣缸,具有低摩擦、高速和高頻率運(yùn)行等特點(diǎn),廣泛應(yīng)用于傳送精密零件、切割鏡片等對壓力反應(yīng)靈敏及要求高頻高速的工業(yè)自動(dòng)化環(huán)境中。 但是由于金屬間隙密封氣缸是一種新型氣缸,沒有進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的壽命試驗(yàn)及失效模式方面的試驗(yàn)研究,這些方面數(shù)據(jù)的欠缺直接影響這種新型氣缸在重要場合的應(yīng)用。因此,對其展開壽命和失效模式方面的研究是非常必要和迫切的。但是,由于金屬間隙密封氣缸的結(jié)構(gòu)特殊性,過去的橡膠密封氣缸試驗(yàn)規(guī)范的有關(guān)規(guī)定不能照搬,因此有必要結(jié)合壽命試驗(yàn)對規(guī)范中的失效臨界值進(jìn)行深入研究。 論文針對金屬密封氣缸的壽命和失效模式進(jìn)行了深入的試驗(yàn)研究,獲得了以下幾個(gè)方面的結(jié)果。 (1)針對金屬間隙密封氣缸的特點(diǎn),參照ISO國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中氣缸壽命試驗(yàn)的規(guī)范,提出了金屬間隙密封氣缸壽命試驗(yàn)的基本環(huán)境條件,并構(gòu)建了用于金屬間隙密封氣缸壽命試驗(yàn)的試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)。 (2)進(jìn)行了金屬間隙密封氣缸的壽命試驗(yàn)。經(jīng)歷了6個(gè)多月2500多萬次的持續(xù)運(yùn)行試驗(yàn)和數(shù)據(jù)采集工作,獲得了大量的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。通過深入的數(shù)據(jù)分析并考慮到金屬間隙密封氣缸的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和工作特點(diǎn),基于試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)得出了金屬間隙密封氣缸失效判定的臨界值不能采用現(xiàn)有國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定值的重要結(jié)論,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了金屬間隙密封氣缸壽命試驗(yàn)泄漏量、最小工作壓力和行程時(shí)間的失效臨界值。 (3)根據(jù)本文提出的失效臨界值,對試驗(yàn)氣缸進(jìn)行了失效分析。同時(shí),進(jìn)行了被試氣缸的壽命計(jì)算,得到其特征壽命為1.6192x 107次全行程。在此基礎(chǔ)上對被試氣缸進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)分解和磨損部位檢查,查找了試驗(yàn)氣缸失效的模式和影響氣缸壽命的主要因素。分析表明:金屬間隙密封氣缸的主要失效因素在于氣缸滾珠導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)的磨損及氣缸潤滑狀態(tài)的劣化。
[Abstract]:As a new type of low friction cylinder, metal clearance seal cylinder has the characteristics of low friction, high speed and high frequency. Cutting lenses are sensitive to pressure and require high-frequency and high-speed industrial automation. However, because the metal clearance seal cylinder is a new type of cylinder, the corresponding life test and failure mode test are not carried out. The lack of data in these aspects directly affects the application of this new type cylinder in important situations. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent to study its spreading life and failure mode. However, because of the structural particularity of the metal clearance seal cylinder, the relevant provisions of the previous rubber seal cylinder test code can not be copied, so it is necessary to study the failure critical value of the code in combination with the life test. In this paper, the life and failure modes of metal seal cylinder are studied, and the following results are obtained. (1) according to the characteristics of metal clearance seal cylinder, Referring to the standard of cylinder life test in ISO international standard, the basic environmental conditions for life test of metal clearance seal cylinder are put forward. The life test system of metal clearance seal cylinder is constructed. (2) the life test of metal clearance seal cylinder is carried out. After more than 25 million continuous operation tests and data acquisition in more than 6 months, a large number of experimental data were obtained. Through in-depth data analysis and considering the structural and working characteristics of the metal clearance seal cylinder, based on the test data, it is concluded that the critical value of the metal clearance seal cylinder failure can not be determined by the existing international standard. On this basis, the critical values of leakage, minimum working pressure and travel time of the metal clearance seal cylinder are proposed. (3) according to the failure critical value proposed in this paper, the failure analysis of the test cylinder is carried out. At the same time, the life of the tested cylinder is calculated, and the characteristic life of the cylinder is 1.619x 107 full stroke. On this basis, the structural decomposition and wear site of the tested cylinder were examined, and the failure mode of the test cylinder and the main factors affecting the cylinder life were found out. The analysis shows that the main failure factors of the metal clearance seal cylinder are the wear of the ball guide mechanism and the deterioration of the lubrication state of the cylinder.
