面向質量目標的機械產品選配優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:為提高機械產品選配成功率和配合精度,減少裝成品質量波動,考慮零件自身的質量損失和零件配合造成的質量損失,構建了表征產品質量的測度函數(shù)?紤]裝成品質量波動、選配成功率、裝成品配合精度三者之間的協(xié)調性,以最大化綜合選配質量指標Q為目標,建立了基于解構造圖的選配模型。把待選配零件抽象為選配模型的中間節(jié)點,采用蟻群算法,求解待選配零件的較優(yōu)選配組合。最后,以曲柄組件的選配過程為例,驗證了模型的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the success rate and matching precision of mechanical products and reduce the fluctuation of finished product quality, the measurement function of product quality was constructed considering the quality loss of parts themselves and the quality loss caused by parts matching. Considering the coordination among the quality fluctuation, the success rate and the precision of the finished product, the selection model based on the solution structure diagram is established with the aim of maximizing the comprehensive quality index Q. The part to be selected is abstracted as the middle node of the selection model, and the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the optimal matching combination of the parts to be selected. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the model are verified by taking the selection process of crank assembly as an example.
