平行軸齒輪輪系運(yùn)動方案的特征建模及求解方法

【摘要】:本論文在國家自然科學(xué)基金(No.51075051)資助下完成。本文建立了平行軸齒輪輪系的運(yùn)動特征模型,初步探討了平行軸齒輪輪系運(yùn)動方案的綜合求解方法,并初步開發(fā)出平行軸齒輪輪系運(yùn)動方案求解軟件。 首先,建立了平行軸齒輪輪系基本單元運(yùn)動特征模型。以基本單元作為復(fù)雜齒輪輪系運(yùn)動方案求解的基本研究對象,提取出基本單元的運(yùn)動功能特征;建立了基本單元運(yùn)動特征模型描述基本單元輸入輸出運(yùn)動特征狀態(tài)的變換,包括建立基本單元運(yùn)動特征向量和運(yùn)動特征方程,并提取出運(yùn)動特征矩陣;將常見基本單元匯總,初步建立了比較完整的基本單元庫。 其次,建立了平行軸齒輪輪系運(yùn)動特征模型。分析基本單元的組合形式,歸納出常見的基本單元組合形式,即串聯(lián)式、反饋式、并聯(lián)式及復(fù)合式等組合形式;分析基本單元組合時的構(gòu)件連接形式,確定單元組合過程就是引入約束的過程,為此研究基本單元構(gòu)件連接約束,并建立構(gòu)件連接約束方程描述基本單元的組合過程:根據(jù)基本單元組合形式建立了單元組合運(yùn)動特征模型;定義復(fù)合單元,與基本單元共同作為齒輪輪系運(yùn)動方案分析與綜合的單元化機(jī)構(gòu),并建立復(fù)合單元運(yùn)動特征模型,建立復(fù)合單元庫,基本單元庫與復(fù)合單元庫稱作單元庫。 接著,初步探討了平行軸齒輪輪系運(yùn)動方案求解方法。研究單元傳動比,推導(dǎo)出單元庫中單元的傳動比范圍,并得到單元傳動比與運(yùn)動特征矩陣元素之間的關(guān)系式;根據(jù)單元組合形式,建立了運(yùn)動特征矩陣的分解規(guī)則,為計算機(jī)輔助運(yùn)動方案設(shè)計的實現(xiàn)提供了可能性;建立了運(yùn)動方案設(shè)計步驟;分析單元組合約束,建立了綜合過程。 最后,初步開發(fā)出平行軸齒輪輪系運(yùn)動方案求解軟件。分析功能需求,建立運(yùn)動方案求解軟件的體系結(jié)構(gòu),開發(fā)出齒輪輪系運(yùn)動方案求解軟件;并通過設(shè)計實例驗證了論文的運(yùn)動方案求解方法的可行性和正確性
[Abstract]:This thesis is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation (No. 51075051). In this paper, the kinematic characteristic model of parallel shaft gear train is established, the comprehensive solution method of parallel shaft gear train motion scheme is discussed, and the software for solving parallel shaft gear train motion scheme is developed preliminarily. Firstly, the characteristic model of basic unit motion of parallel shaft gear train is established. Taking the basic unit as the basic research object for solving the motion scheme of complex gear train, the motion function features of the basic unit are extracted, and the basic unit motion feature model is established to describe the transformation of the basic unit motion feature state. The basic unit motion feature vector and motion characteristic equation are established, and the motion feature matrix is extracted, and a relatively complete basic unit library is preliminarily established by summarizing the common basic units. Secondly, the kinematic characteristic model of parallel shaft gear train is established. Analyzing the combination form of basic unit, generalizing the common combination form of basic unit, that is, series type, feedback type, parallel type and compound type, etc. The process of determining the combination of elements is the process of introducing constraints. The component connection constraint equation is established to describe the combination process of the basic unit. According to the combination form of the basic unit, the characteristic model of the combined motion of the unit is established, and the composite element is defined. Together with the basic unit, it is used as the unit mechanism for the analysis and synthesis of the gear train motion scheme, and the motion characteristic model of the composite unit is established, and the composite unit library is established. The basic unit library and the composite unit library are called the unit library. Then, the method of solving the motion scheme of parallel shaft gear train is discussed preliminarily. The transmission ratio range of the unit in the unit library is deduced, and the relationship between the transmission ratio of the unit and the element of the motion characteristic matrix is obtained, and the decomposition rules of the motion characteristic matrix are established according to the combination form of the unit. It provides the possibility for the realization of computer-aided motion scheme design, establishes the steps of motion scheme design, analyzes the combination constraints of units and establishes the synthesis process. Finally, the software for solving the motion scheme of parallel shaft gear train is developed preliminarily. Analyzing the function requirement, establishing the system structure of the motion scheme solution software, developing the motion scheme solution software of gear train, and validating the feasibility and correctness of the motion scheme solving method of the paper through the design example.
