帶式輸送機(jī)高速托輥的研究與應(yīng)用分析

【摘要】:本文論述了大型帶式輸送機(jī)用托輥技術(shù)的研究應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,綜合托輥產(chǎn)品技術(shù)的研究成果,將新型的密封技術(shù)、軸承產(chǎn)品以及先進(jìn)的制造與裝配工藝等應(yīng)用于托輥研制中,提出了適用于高速帶式輸送機(jī)用的新型托輥裝置。 在分析托輥各部分結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)帶式輸送機(jī)與托輥的運(yùn)動關(guān)系建立了托輥裝置的運(yùn)動模型,通過對運(yùn)動模型的分析,得到了在帶式輸送機(jī)正常運(yùn)行過程中,托輥的主軸、管體、密封結(jié)構(gòu)、軸承、軸承座等結(jié)構(gòu)在帶速提高的情況下,需要解決的問題。本文對比分析了目前市場上多種托輥產(chǎn)品,結(jié)合托輥相應(yīng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,針對要解決的關(guān)鍵問題對各部件分別提出了改進(jìn)設(shè)計與選型思路;基于高速帶式輸送機(jī)的運(yùn)行狀況設(shè)計了密封可靠、噪聲小、低能耗的高速托輥裝置,并對高速托輥各部件的材料與結(jié)構(gòu)做了最優(yōu)匹配設(shè)計。 根據(jù)托輥裝置的工作原理和技術(shù)要求指出了托輥的先進(jìn)加工與裝配工藝,先進(jìn)制造與裝配工藝確保主軸、軸承座的同軸度、管體的圓度達(dá)到最佳,大大減小了托輥的徑向跳動量,為有效解決帶式輸送機(jī)在高速運(yùn)行工況下出現(xiàn)的縱向諧振問題做技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備。 最后參考國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中托輥的技術(shù)條件分別針對托輥的旋轉(zhuǎn)阻力、浸水密封性能、徑向圓跳動、軸向載荷等各性能進(jìn)行高速工況下的試驗(yàn);參考煤礦井下用聚合物制品阻燃性的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對管體進(jìn)行酒精噴燈和酒精燈燃燒試驗(yàn),并對試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明新型的高速托輥裝置能夠滿足高速運(yùn)行條件,并且阻力系數(shù)明顯降低,為高速帶式輸送機(jī)的研發(fā)提供了條件。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the present situation of research and application of roller technology for large belt conveyors is discussed, and the new sealing technology, bearing products and advanced manufacturing and assembly technology are applied to the development of roller. A new type of roller device for high-speed belt conveyor is proposed. Based on the analysis of the structure of each part of the roller, the motion model of the roller device is established according to the motion relationship between the belt conveyor and the roller. Through the analysis of the motion model, the spindle of the roller during the normal operation of the belt conveyor is obtained. Pipe body, sealing structure, housing structure in the case of increased speed, the need to solve the problem. This paper compares and analyzes various kinds of roller products in the market at present. Combined with the corresponding test results of the roller, this paper puts forward the idea of improving the design and selecting the type of each component in view of the key problems to be solved. Based on the running condition of high speed belt conveyor, a high speed roller device with reliable seal, low noise and low energy consumption is designed, and the optimum matching design of material and structure of each component of high speed roller is made. According to the working principle and technical requirements of the roller device, the advanced processing and assembly technology of the roller is pointed out. The advanced manufacturing and assembly technology ensures the coaxial degree of the spindle, the bearing seat and the roundness of the tube body to the best. The radial runout of the roller is greatly reduced, and the technical preparation is made for solving the longitudinal resonance problem of belt conveyor under high speed operation conditions. Finally, according to the technical conditions of the roller in the national standard, the performance of rotary resistance, waterlogged seal, radial circle runout and axial load of the roller are tested at high speed. According to the standard of flame retardancy of polymer products used in coal mine, the combustion tests of alcohol spray lamp and alcohol lamp were carried out on the tube body, and the experimental data were analyzed. The results show that the new type of high speed roller device can meet the high speed operating conditions. And the resistance coefficient is obviously reduced, which provides the condition for the R & D of high speed belt conveyor.
