【摘要】:隨著螺桿壓縮機技術的發(fā)展,螺桿壓縮機在化工行業(yè)越來越廣泛的被應用。目前,雙螺桿壓縮機是我國石油化工的主要氣體壓縮設備之一,作為生產裝置的關鍵設備其運行狀態(tài)的穩(wěn)定性將直接關系到整個生產裝置的的安全性、穩(wěn)定性。一旦設備發(fā)生故障,將極有可能影響整個生產裝置的穩(wěn)定運行并造成裝置全面停車,嚴重降低生產效率并帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟損失。從80年代開始,我國有關部門開始重視對螺桿壓縮機進行狀態(tài)監(jiān)測和故障診斷技術的研究,使我國的螺桿壓縮機的監(jiān)測與診斷技術水平迅速提高。機械設備故障診斷技術的重要意義就在于它為機械設備傳統(tǒng)維修制度的改革奠定了基礎,可使合理的預知維修制度代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的定時維修制度,從而減少事故發(fā)生率,降低維修費用,確保機械設備的安全運行。本課題以大慶石化公司化工三廠苯乙烯車間的雙螺桿壓縮機故障診斷和分析為研究背景,針對雙螺桿壓縮機進行狀態(tài)監(jiān)測與故障診斷,旨在尋找分析監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)和故障之間的內在聯(lián)系,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)故障和預防惡性事故發(fā)生,保證關鍵性設備的完好和正常運轉,有效地消除意外故障停車。實踐證明,由于狀態(tài)監(jiān)測技術的應用,使突發(fā)事故的發(fā)生率大大降低,且在日常管理費用、維修成本等方面大幅度降低,從而提高了壓縮機連續(xù)工作的能力,對裝置的穩(wěn)定運行起到了很好的保障作用。 本文開篇對雙螺桿壓縮機的基本組成結構、工作原理、基本特點以及國內外雙螺桿壓縮機故障診斷方面的現(xiàn)狀進行了簡述。然后對設備故障診斷技術進行了概述,通過對螺桿壓縮機常見故障的特點進行特征提取,重點闡明了螺桿壓縮機轉子和軸承等產生故障的形式、特征以及產生的機理,并提出相關的振動診斷方法。本文還給出了螺桿壓縮機振動的測試技術和具體分析系統(tǒng),最后通過對現(xiàn)場的具體故障案例進行診斷與分析,體現(xiàn)了故障診斷技術在生產實踐中的重要作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of screw compressor technology, screw compressor is more and more widely used in chemical industry. At present, twin-screw compressor is one of the main gas compression equipment in petrochemical industry in China. As the key equipment of production unit, the stability of its running state will directly relate to the safety and stability of the whole production plant. Once the equipment breaks down, it is very likely to affect the stable operation of the whole plant and cause the device to stop completely, which will seriously reduce the production efficiency and bring huge economic losses. Since the 1980s, the relevant departments of our country have begun to attach importance to the research on the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology of screw compressor, which makes the monitoring and diagnosis technology level of screw compressor in our country improve rapidly. The important meaning of mechanical equipment fault diagnosis technology is that it lays a foundation for the reform of the traditional maintenance system of machinery and equipment, and can make the reasonable predictive maintenance system replace the traditional timing maintenance system, thus reducing the incidence of accidents. Reduce maintenance costs to ensure safe operation of mechanical equipment. Based on the fault diagnosis and analysis of twin screw compressor in styrene workshop of Daqing Petrochemical Company, the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of twin screw compressor are carried out. The purpose of this paper is to find out the internal relationship between the monitoring system and the fault, to find the fault in time and to prevent the occurrence of the malignant accident, to ensure the complete and normal operation of the critical equipment, and to effectively eliminate the accidental fault stop. It has been proved by practice that because of the application of condition monitoring technology, the incidence of sudden accidents is greatly reduced, and the cost of daily management and maintenance is greatly reduced, thus improving the ability of compressor to work continuously. It plays a good role in ensuring the stable operation of the device. At the beginning of this paper, the basic structure, working principle, basic characteristics of twin-screw compressor and the present situation of fault diagnosis of twin-screw compressor at home and abroad are briefly described. Then the fault diagnosis technology of the equipment is summarized, and the characteristics of the common faults of the screw compressor are extracted, and the form, characteristics and mechanism of the faults such as rotor and bearing of the screw compressor are expounded emphatically. The method of vibration diagnosis is put forward. This paper also gives the testing technology and the concrete analysis system of the screw compressor vibration. Finally, through the diagnosis and analysis of the concrete fault cases in the field, the important role of the fault diagnosis technology in the production practice is demonstrated.
