【摘要】：生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)是企業(yè)直接創(chuàng)造效益的場(chǎng)所,企業(yè)的所有信息都產(chǎn)生于此。生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)也是企業(yè)各種問題的發(fā)源地,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理水平的高低直接影響企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況的好壞。對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)狀況進(jìn)行改善是現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理的深化,其目標(biāo)是增進(jìn)顧客滿意程度。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善依靠持續(xù)改善理論為指導(dǎo),對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的人員、物料、設(shè)備以及作業(yè)方法、環(huán)境等各生產(chǎn)要素進(jìn)行改善,以實(shí)現(xiàn)要素的合理配置,減少生產(chǎn)過程中的不必要的浪費(fèi),降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善可以說對(duì)企業(yè)增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有十分重要的意義。 本文首先介紹了精益生產(chǎn)的相關(guān)理論,闡述了精益生產(chǎn)的特點(diǎn)、優(yōu)越性,對(duì)精益生產(chǎn)理論體系的持續(xù)改善思想進(jìn)行了分析,講解了改善的含義,為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善提供理論基礎(chǔ),并論述了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善對(duì)于企業(yè)的重要意義。 接著對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善理論進(jìn)行研究,分析了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善的方法,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的方法進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并作了相應(yīng)的擴(kuò)展,詳細(xì)介紹了各現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善方法的功能、特點(diǎn)、實(shí)施步驟以及使用時(shí)機(jī)。 本文重點(diǎn)針對(duì)目前現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善方法相互孤立、缺乏聯(lián)系,未能形成體系的缺陷,結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際需求,對(duì)一系列方法進(jìn)行整合,建立了基于精益生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善方法體系,包括5S管理、定置管理、工序流程優(yōu)化、設(shè)備布局優(yōu)化、目視管理等,并提出了體系中各部分的功能及其相互之間的聯(lián)系。 最后,結(jié)合企業(yè)對(duì)上述方法體系進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用研究。結(jié)果表明,該現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善方法體系能夠有效改善作業(yè)地作業(yè)條件,降低物料搬運(yùn)成本,提高現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)者與設(shè)備的人機(jī)交互效率,有效降低生產(chǎn)過程中的不必要浪費(fèi),均衡工作地負(fù)荷,提高生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:Production site is the place where enterprises directly create benefits, and all the information of enterprises is produced here. Production site is also the birthplace of various problems of enterprises. The level of field management directly affects the quality of business operation. The improvement of site condition is the deepening of site management, and its goal is to improve customer satisfaction. Field improvement depends on continuous improvement theory to improve the factors of production, such as personnel, materials, equipment, working methods, environment and so on, so as to realize the rational allocation of factors and reduce unnecessary waste in the production process. Reduce production cost, improve production efficiency, product quality. Site improvement can be said to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises have a very important significance. This paper first introduces the relevant theories of lean production, expounds the characteristics and advantages of lean production, analyzes the idea of continuous improvement of the theoretical system of lean production, explains the meaning of improvement, and provides a theoretical basis for on-site improvement. It also discusses the importance of site improvement for enterprises. Then the field improvement theory is studied, the methods of site improvement are analyzed, the existing methods are summarized, and the corresponding expansion is made. The functions, characteristics, implementation steps and use time of each field improvement method are introduced in detail. This paper focuses on the spot improvement method based on lean production, which is isolated from each other, lack of contact, and fails to form the defects of the system, combining with the actual needs of the enterprise, a series of methods are integrated, and a field improvement method system based on lean production is established. It includes 5S management, fixed management, process flow optimization, equipment layout optimization, visual management, etc. Finally, the application of the above method system is studied in combination with the enterprise. The results show that the system can effectively improve the working conditions, reduce the cost of material handling, improve the man-machine interaction efficiency between the operator and the equipment, and effectively reduce the unnecessary waste in the production process. Balance work load and improve production efficiency.
