線材打捆機(jī)送線機(jī)構(gòu)的虛擬設(shè)計(jì)與性能強(qiáng)度分析

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng),鋼鐵企業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中起到的作用越來越大,鋼鐵冶金設(shè)備的研究也逐漸深入,但是我國(guó)冶金設(shè)備研究起步較晚,與國(guó)外存在一定差距。線材打捆機(jī)是鋼鐵企業(yè)高速線材生產(chǎn)線特有的重要設(shè)備。送線機(jī)構(gòu)作為線材打捆機(jī)的重要組成部分,它由送線輪、驅(qū)動(dòng)盤、導(dǎo)向壓輪、液壓缸以及液壓馬達(dá)等幾部分組成。送線性能的好壞決定著打捆機(jī)的生產(chǎn)效率,因而對(duì)送線機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)分析有著重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。目前雖然對(duì)打捆機(jī)的研究文獻(xiàn)較多,但對(duì)送線機(jī)構(gòu)的研究較少,本課題專門針對(duì)線材打捆機(jī)的送線機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行虛擬設(shè)計(jì)與性能強(qiáng)度分析,具有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值和創(chuàng)新性。 基于森德斯全自動(dòng)打捆機(jī)送線機(jī)構(gòu)的工作原理,自行設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了一套送線機(jī)構(gòu),通過理論計(jì)算,對(duì)送線機(jī)構(gòu)中的液壓缸、液壓馬達(dá)和軸承等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)選取。 通過Solidworks對(duì)送線機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行三維建模、裝配、干涉檢查,使用Motion進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真模擬。通過三維建模,裝配使送線機(jī)構(gòu)真實(shí)的呈現(xiàn)出來,,通過干涉檢測(cè)課題看到裝配不當(dāng)或者尺寸設(shè)計(jì)不合理的地方,以便進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步調(diào)整。Motion進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,可以直觀的看到機(jī)構(gòu)各個(gè)零部件的動(dòng)作情況,通過仿真模擬獲得整體各個(gè)物理量的圖像,對(duì)整體進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)。 應(yīng)用ANSYS軟件對(duì)導(dǎo)向壓輪、驅(qū)動(dòng)盤、偏心軸等主要受力零部件進(jìn)行應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分析,根據(jù)應(yīng)力變形區(qū)域較大的地方,進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算,提出相應(yīng)的避免措施。對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)送線機(jī)構(gòu)主要受力零部件具有借鑒意義。 送線系統(tǒng)作為送線機(jī)構(gòu)的核心部分,應(yīng)用ANSYS軟件對(duì)送線機(jī)構(gòu)的送線線系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步分析,并與前面的理論計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,使得到結(jié)論更具說服力。 最后對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)盤的磨損及壽命進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算,并總結(jié)了提高驅(qū)動(dòng)盤耐磨強(qiáng)度的相關(guān)措施。 本課題設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了一套線材打捆機(jī)的送線機(jī)構(gòu),并利用Solidworks和ANSYS對(duì)其進(jìn)行了虛擬設(shè)計(jì)與性能強(qiáng)度分析,通過與理論計(jì)算結(jié)果比較,確定了可信性。通過對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)盤進(jìn)行的理論計(jì)算,總結(jié)了提高其耐磨強(qiáng)度的相關(guān)措施。本課題的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法,可以為其他線材打捆機(jī)的送線機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)提供參考,并對(duì)現(xiàn)有打捆機(jī)送線機(jī)構(gòu)的研究分析和改進(jìn)也具有一定的借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the economic growth, the iron and steel enterprises play a more and more important role in the national economy, and the research of steel metallurgical equipment is gradually deepened. However, the research of metallurgical equipment in China started relatively late and has a certain gap with the foreign countries. The wire rod bundling machine is a special equipment for the high-speed wire rod production line of steel enterprises. It is an important part of the machine, which consists of a feeder wheel, a driving disc, a steering wheel, a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic motor. The performance of the feeder determines the production efficiency of the baling machine. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to the design and analysis of the feeder mechanism. Less research, this topic specifically aims at the virtual design and performance analysis of wire feeding mechanism of wire baler, which has certain application value and innovation.
Based on the working principle of the feeder mechanism of the full automatic baling machine, a set of wire feeding mechanism is designed and developed by ourselves. Through theoretical calculation, the hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor and bearing in the feeder are designed and selected.
Through Solidworks, three dimensional modeling, assembly, interference inspection and motion simulation are carried out by Motion. Through 3D modeling, the assembly makes the feeder mechanism truly present, and the improper assembly or unreasonable size of the size design is seen through the interference test in order to further adjust the motion imitation of the.Motion. It is true that the movements of the parts of the mechanism can be seen intuitively, and the images of the whole physical quantities can be obtained through simulation and simulation, and the basis for the optimization of the whole design is provided.
The ANSYS software is used to analyze the stress and strain of the main force parts, such as the steering wheel, the driving disc and the eccentric shaft. According to the larger area of the stress and deformation area, the theoretical calculation is carried out and the corresponding measures are put forward. It is of reference for the design and improvement of the main force parts of the feeder mechanism.
As the core part of the wire feeding mechanism, the transmission line system is used to further analyze the line transmission line system of the feeder mechanism by ANSYS software, and compare with the previous theoretical calculation results, making the conclusion more convincing.
Finally, the wear and life of the driving plate are theoretically calculated, and the relevant measures to improve the wear resistance of the driving plate are summarized.
This subject designs and develops a set of wire feeding mechanism for wire rod bundling machine, and uses Solidworks and ANSYS to carry out the virtual design and performance strength analysis. By comparing with the theoretical calculation results, it determines the credibility. Through the theoretical calculation of the driving disk, the relevant measures to improve the wear resistance are summarized. The capacity and research method can provide reference for the design and development of wire feeding mechanism of other wire rod bundling machines, and also have some reference value for the research analysis and improvement of the existing baling machine transmission mechanism.
