150kNm旋挖鉆機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)仿真與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:旋挖鉆機(jī)是一種以動(dòng)力頭帶動(dòng)鉆具旋挖為主,配以起吊、回轉(zhuǎn)、行走、變幅等作業(yè)裝置,廣泛應(yīng)用于灌注樁作業(yè)中的施工機(jī)械。近年來,旋挖鉆機(jī)的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)在工程機(jī)械領(lǐng)域中有了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,液壓系統(tǒng)作為多項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)中最重要的指標(biāo)之一,其優(yōu)劣性對(duì)系統(tǒng)工作的穩(wěn)定性有重要的影響。 本文對(duì)該型號(hào)旋挖鉆機(jī)的主要液壓回路即主卷揚(yáng)回路、動(dòng)力頭回路、加壓油缸回路等進(jìn)行了工作參數(shù)核算和發(fā)熱功率校核,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)工作參數(shù)都在系統(tǒng)元件的額定范圍之內(nèi),與其他工況相比較,主卷揚(yáng)下放工況中,鉆桿重力勢(shì)能全部轉(zhuǎn)化為熱能,,發(fā)熱嚴(yán)重;建立了基于AMESim的液壓系統(tǒng)仿真模型,對(duì)主卷揚(yáng)下放工況和旋挖加壓復(fù)合動(dòng)作兩種工況進(jìn)行了仿真,仿真結(jié)果表明主卷揚(yáng)下放工況和動(dòng)力頭旋挖復(fù)合動(dòng)作工況為系統(tǒng)節(jié)流壓力損失最大工況;對(duì)旋挖鉆機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)際作業(yè)工況下的實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果與理論計(jì)算、仿真保持一致,說明了理論計(jì)算和建立的仿真模型是正確的;對(duì)比計(jì)算、仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)的結(jié)論,針對(duì)動(dòng)力頭旋挖及加壓油缸加壓的復(fù)合動(dòng)作過程中存在的發(fā)熱問題,提出了改進(jìn)方案,給出了液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖,利用AMESim進(jìn)行了建模仿真,并且與原系統(tǒng)仿進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,證明了改進(jìn)方案的可行性,為進(jìn)一步的研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Rotary drilling rig is a kind of construction machinery, which is mainly driven by power head and equipped with lifting, rotating, walking and changing amplitude. It is widely used in cast-in-place pile operation. In recent years, the technical indexes of rotary drilling rig have made great progress in the field of construction machinery. As one of the most important indexes of many technical indexes, hydraulic system has an important influence on the stability of system work. In this paper, the main hydraulic circuit of the rotary drilling rig, that is, the main hoisting loop, the power head loop and the pressurized cylinder loop, are calculated and checked for the heating power. The calculation results show that the working parameters of the system are within the rated range of the system components. Compared with other working conditions, the gravity potential energy of the drill pipe is all converted into heat energy and the heat is serious. The simulation model of hydraulic system based on AMESim is established. The simulation results show that the maximum pressure loss of the system is under the conditions of the main hoist-down operation and the combined operation of the power head, and the experimental results of the hydraulic system of the rotary drilling rig are in accordance with the theoretical calculation, and the simulation results are consistent with those of the theoretical calculation. It is proved that the theoretical calculation and the established simulation model are correct, the conclusion of comparison calculation, simulation and experiment is given, and the improved scheme is put forward in view of the heat problem existing in the compound action of rotary digging of power head and pressurization of pressurized cylinder. The schematic diagram of hydraulic system is given, and the modeling and simulation are carried out by using AMESim, and compared with the original system, the feasibility of the improved scheme is proved, and the theoretical basis for further research is provided.
