潤滑油黏度下降引起的烴類壓縮機(jī)故障分析及措施

【摘要】:通過對K-5001低壓溶劑回收壓縮機(jī)軸瓦磨損原因進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)潤滑油中有烴類氣體溶解,導(dǎo)致潤滑油運(yùn)動黏度下降嚴(yán)重。為減少烴類氣體在潤滑油的溶解,選擇合成基礎(chǔ)油,根據(jù)壓縮機(jī)工況以及軸瓦處最小許用黏度,確定潤滑油黏度范圍,最后選擇一種適合烴類壓縮機(jī)的合成機(jī)油。實(shí)際運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,烴類氣體對該潤滑油的黏度影響較小,潤滑油能夠滿足設(shè)備工況要求。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the wear causes of bearing bush of K-5001 low pressure solvent recovery compressor, it is found that hydrocarbon gas dissolves in lubricating oil, which results in the decrease of lubricating oil viscosity. In order to reduce the dissolution of hydrocarbon gas in lubricating oil, the synthetic base oil is selected. According to the minimum allowable viscosity of compressor and bearing bush, the range of viscosity of lubricating oil is determined. Finally, a synthetic oil suitable for hydrocarbon compressor is selected. The actual operation results show that hydrocarbon gases have little effect on the viscosity of the lubricating oil and the lubricating oil can meet the requirements of the equipment working conditions.
