【摘要】:本學(xué)位論文的研究對(duì)象是負(fù)半徑類擺動(dòng)推桿盤形凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)。由于凸輪與推桿呈凸、凹廓面接觸,顯著增加了綜合曲率半徑,降低了接觸應(yīng)力且更易于形成潤滑油膜,,故其在承載能力、接觸強(qiáng)度、減摩耐磨性能、機(jī)械效率和使用持久性等方面,皆具有非常顯著、大幅度的提高。 本文研究分析了負(fù)半徑類擺動(dòng)推桿盤形凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)尺度綜合須滿足的四項(xiàng)約束條件——運(yùn)動(dòng)連通性條件、傳動(dòng)性能條件、運(yùn)動(dòng)保真條件和接觸強(qiáng)度條件,并基于四項(xiàng)約束條件建立了對(duì)象機(jī)構(gòu)尺度綜合的具體、定量化參數(shù)表示。以特定的機(jī)構(gòu)構(gòu)型和基本尺寸為例,開展并完成了如下工作: (1)全面系統(tǒng)地介紹了負(fù)半徑類擺動(dòng)推桿盤形凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)構(gòu)型,研究分析了運(yùn)動(dòng)連通性條件、傳動(dòng)性能條件、運(yùn)動(dòng)保真條件和接觸強(qiáng)度條件各自對(duì)負(fù)半徑類擺動(dòng)推桿盤形凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)尺度的約束和影響,推導(dǎo)得到了各約束條件相應(yīng)的表達(dá)式。 (2)基于各約束條件,探索解決運(yùn)動(dòng)連通性條件、傳動(dòng)性能條件、運(yùn)動(dòng)保真條件和接觸強(qiáng)度條件等單純和組合問題的合理有效途徑,給出各種構(gòu)形機(jī)構(gòu)的最優(yōu)設(shè)計(jì)思路,綜合出滿足諸設(shè)計(jì)約束、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊(尺寸最優(yōu))的凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)。 (3)基于分析綜合,開發(fā)出同時(shí)考慮四項(xiàng)約束條件的負(fù)半徑類擺動(dòng)推桿盤形凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)尺度綜合系統(tǒng)軟件。 通過對(duì)負(fù)半徑類擺動(dòng)推桿盤形凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)尺度綜合的分析研究,結(jié)合軟件得到了負(fù)半徑類擺動(dòng)推桿盤形凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)尺度的特點(diǎn)以及各約束條件對(duì)其的影響,探索并闡明了各約束條件在負(fù)半徑類擺動(dòng)推桿盤形凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)尺度綜合過程中相互間的耦合制約關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The research object of this dissertation is negative radius type oscillating push rod disc cam mechanism. Because the cam has convex and concave profile contact with the push rod, the comprehensive radius of curvature is increased significantly, the contact stress is reduced and the lubricating oil film is formed more easily, so it has the bearing capacity, the contact strength and the friction reduction and wear resistance. Mechanical efficiency and use persistence, and so on, has the very remarkable, the big enhancement. In this paper, four constraint conditions which must be satisfied in the scale synthesis of negative radius type oscillating push rod disc cam mechanism are studied and analyzed, such as motion connectivity condition, transmission performance condition, motion fidelity condition and contact strength condition. Based on the four constraints, the concrete and quantitative parameter representation of the object mechanism scale synthesis is established. Taking the specific mechanism configuration and basic size as an example, the following works are carried out and completed: (1) the configuration of the negative radius type oscillating push rod disk cam mechanism is introduced comprehensively and systematically, and the conditions of motion connectivity are studied and analyzed. The constraint and influence of transmission performance condition, motion fidelity condition and contact strength condition on the size of the negative radius type swinging push rod disc cam mechanism are derived, and the corresponding expressions of each constraint condition are derived. The reasonable and effective ways to solve the simple and combined problems such as the condition of motion connectivity, the condition of transmission performance, the condition of motion fidelity and the condition of contact strength are explored. The optimal design ideas of various configuration mechanisms are given, and the design constraints are synthetically satisfied. Based on the analysis and synthesis, a scale synthesis software of negative radius type oscillating push rod disk cam mechanism is developed based on the analysis and synthesis of compact (optimal size) cam mechanism. Based on the analysis and study of the scale synthesis of the negative radius type swinging push rod disk cam mechanism, the characteristics of the negative radius type swing push rod disk cam mechanism and the influence of the constraint conditions on the mechanism scale are obtained by combining the software. In this paper, the coupling and restriction relations between the constraint conditions in the scale synthesis process of the negative radius type swing push rod disc cam mechanism are explored and clarified.
