【摘要】：生產(chǎn)車間作為制造業(yè)企業(yè)內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng)的基礎(chǔ)執(zhí)行層同時(shí)也是企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ),因此實(shí)現(xiàn)車間層次的高效可靠的生產(chǎn)管理執(zhí)行過(guò)程具有重要意義。在此企業(yè)需求背景下,論文基于上海路橋機(jī)械設(shè)備有限公司的車間作業(yè)管理需求背景論述該車間生產(chǎn)作業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本文從解決企業(yè)實(shí)際需求的角度對(duì)基于工票的車間工時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)管理、成本費(fèi)用信息統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析等功能做了較為深入分析,建立了符合企業(yè)需求車間生產(chǎn)作業(yè)管理主要用例模型和業(yè)務(wù)模型并以此為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)該車間生產(chǎn)作業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和程序開(kāi)發(fā)。論文從軟件工程角度著重討論了該車間生產(chǎn)作業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的需求分析、軟件體系架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)集成框架和主要功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)和主要程序的實(shí)現(xiàn),給出了該軟件系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊內(nèi)部相關(guān)的處理流程等。論文結(jié)合上海路橋機(jī)械設(shè)備有限公司機(jī)車間管理的實(shí)際情況,采用面向?qū)ο蟮母拍詈头椒▽?shí)現(xiàn)了車間作業(yè)信息管理以及實(shí)現(xiàn)工票生成、工時(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、工時(shí)成本費(fèi)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、相關(guān)工時(shí)查詢和綜合報(bào)表生成等功能。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)試運(yùn)行的測(cè)試和驗(yàn)證,該系統(tǒng)目前已達(dá)到主要開(kāi)發(fā)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:As the basic executive layer of the internal operation of manufacturing enterprises, the production workshop is also the basis of enterprise information construction, so it is of great significance to realize the efficient and reliable production management execution process at the workshop level. Under the background of enterprise demand, based on the background of workshop job management requirement of Shanghai Luqiao Machinery and equipment Co., Ltd, this paper discusses the software design and development of the workshop production job management system. From the point of view of solving the actual needs of enterprises, this paper makes a deep analysis on the functions of workplace-based workshop man-hour data management, cost information statistics and analysis, etc. The main use case model and business model of production job management in accordance with the requirements of the enterprise are established and the production job management information system of the workshop is designed and programmed on the basis of this model. From the point of view of software engineering, the paper emphatically discusses the requirement analysis, software architecture, system integration framework and main function module design, the design of system database and the realization of main program of the workshop production job management information system. The related processing flow inside the main function modules of the software system is given. Combined with the actual situation of Shanghai Road and Bridge Machinery equipment limited male driver workshop management, the paper uses the object-oriented concept and method to realize the workshop job information management, work ticket generation, man-hour statistical analysis, man-hour cost statistical analysis. Related man-hour query and comprehensive report generation and other functions. Through the test and verification of the system, the system has reached the main development goal.
