【摘要】：為研究疊片聯(lián)軸器撓性元件的應(yīng)力特性,建立疊片組的接觸有限元模型,得到了綜合載荷下的應(yīng)力云圖。利用有限元分析軟件Ansys,建立疊片組的幾何模型,在膜片間添加接觸對(duì),并給出了不同載荷的施加方法。分析了片數(shù)變化對(duì)疊片組應(yīng)力的影響,得出從四層到九層膜片的疊片組的最大等效應(yīng)力和最大接觸應(yīng)力的分布曲線。分別研究了在綜合載荷作用下轉(zhuǎn)矩、軸向位移和角向位移等單一載荷的變化對(duì)疊片組的應(yīng)力影響情況,得到疊片組中每層膜片的最大等效應(yīng)力和膜片間最大接觸應(yīng)力分布曲線。研究表明,在各種載荷作用中,角向位移的變化對(duì)疊片組應(yīng)力的影響最大,且綜合工況下疊片組的破壞首先發(fā)生在外側(cè)膜片墊圈周圍。有關(guān)節(jié)軸承的疊片聯(lián)軸器相對(duì)于普通的疊片聯(lián)軸器,有更強(qiáng)的角向補(bǔ)償?shù)哪芰?關(guān)節(jié)軸承的存在提高了疊片聯(lián)軸器承受載荷的能力和疊片組的使用效率。
[Abstract]:In order to study the stress characteristics of flexible elements of laminated couplings, a contact finite element model of laminated coupling was established, and the stress cloud diagram was obtained. By using finite element analysis software Ansys, the geometric model of laminated plates was established, the contact pairs were added to the diaphragm, and the methods of applying different loads were given. The effect of the number of sheets on the stress of laminated laminates is analyzed, and the distribution curves of maximum equivalent stress and maximum contact stress of laminated group from four layers to nine layers are obtained. The effects of single load, such as torque, axial displacement and angular displacement on the stress of laminated laminates under the combined load are studied respectively. The maximum equivalent stress and the maximum contact stress distribution curve of each layer diaphragm in the laminated group are obtained. The results show that the change of angular displacement has the greatest effect on the stress of the laminated group under various loads, and the damage of the laminated group first occurs around the outer diaphragm washer under the comprehensive working conditions. The laminated coupling with joint bearing has stronger angular compensation ability than the common laminated coupling. The existence of joint bearing improves the ability of laminated coupling to bear the load and the efficiency of lamination.
