【摘要】:在制造業(yè)信息化和服務(wù)化的大背景下,針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的一些網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造模式的局限性,通過(guò)借鑒云計(jì)算的模式和技術(shù),云制造這一網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造的新模式應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。云制造綜合運(yùn)用各種信息技術(shù)、制造技術(shù)和管理技術(shù),通過(guò)對(duì)海量、異構(gòu)、分布的面向制造全生命周期的制造軟硬件資源進(jìn)行虛擬化和服務(wù)化,形成一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的制造云服務(wù)池,并構(gòu)建云制造服務(wù)平臺(tái)對(duì)制造云服務(wù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一、集中、按需的智能化管理和經(jīng)營(yíng),進(jìn)而為各種用戶提供可靠、優(yōu)質(zhì)、廉價(jià)的按需制造服務(wù),從而支持企業(yè)間便捷、動(dòng)態(tài)的業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)作,促進(jìn)廣域范圍內(nèi)的制造資源優(yōu)化配置。 云制造服務(wù)平臺(tái)在給用戶帶來(lái)大量服務(wù)的同時(shí),也產(chǎn)生了服務(wù)與用戶需求的匹配問(wèn)題:如何根據(jù)用戶各種不同性質(zhì)的需求,利用平臺(tái)中的海量資源和服務(wù),為用戶供應(yīng)所需的滿意服務(wù);如何根據(jù)廣大用戶的需求,組織和管理平臺(tái)中的海量服務(wù),促進(jìn)服務(wù)的有序化。因此,制造云服務(wù)的按需供應(yīng)是云制造的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題和核心特征之一。本文針對(duì)制造云服務(wù)按需供應(yīng)研究存在的不足,以有效支持制造云服務(wù)按需供應(yīng)模式的工程化應(yīng)用為目的,從模式、技術(shù)和應(yīng)用三個(gè)層面上來(lái)研究制造云服務(wù)的按需供應(yīng)問(wèn)題,以促進(jìn)云制造環(huán)境下海量云服務(wù)組織和管理的按需有序化,支持企業(yè)按需獲取和使用制造資源。論文主要內(nèi)容如下: 第一章首先闡述云制造產(chǎn)生的背景,分析云制造的內(nèi)涵;接著對(duì)云制造的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行剖析;在此基礎(chǔ)上,給出制造云服務(wù)按需供應(yīng)模式的內(nèi)涵和外延,分析云服務(wù)按需供應(yīng)模式的重要性及其研究之不足;針對(duì)云服務(wù)按需供應(yīng)研究的不足,給出論文研究的主要內(nèi)容與結(jié)構(gòu)。 第二章研究制造云服務(wù)按需供應(yīng)模式的體系結(jié)構(gòu)。首先,提出客戶需求分離點(diǎn)的概念,基于客戶需求分離點(diǎn)在云服務(wù)供應(yīng)過(guò)程中的位置,將云服務(wù)按需供應(yīng)模式分為按需求提供、按需求組合、按需求設(shè)計(jì)和按需求研發(fā)四類子模式,提出云服務(wù)按需供應(yīng)模式的整體架構(gòu),分析其內(nèi)在原理;接著基于按需供應(yīng)模式的整體架構(gòu),提出云服務(wù)按需供應(yīng)的過(guò)程模型,以指導(dǎo)不同情景、不同前提下的按需供應(yīng)問(wèn)題,并構(gòu)建云服務(wù)按需供應(yīng)的平臺(tái)框架;最后總結(jié)分析按需供應(yīng)模式的實(shí)現(xiàn)所涉及的技術(shù)體系。 第三章研究支持演化的制造云服務(wù)元建模技術(shù),在云服務(wù)的建模階段即集成地考慮云服務(wù)的演化方法和演化管理問(wèn)題。首先分析制造云服務(wù)的建模需求,提出支持演化的云服務(wù)元建?蚣;著重研究框架語(yǔ)義表示層中的云服務(wù)元模型架構(gòu)。在元元模型層,給出云服務(wù)的形式化定義及概念模型。在元模型層,闡述云服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)主對(duì)象、業(yè)務(wù)元對(duì)象和業(yè)務(wù)元數(shù)據(jù)的模型結(jié)構(gòu)及演化操作對(duì)象、演化日志對(duì)象的模型結(jié)構(gòu)。在云服務(wù)模型層,基于Web本體描述語(yǔ)言建立云服務(wù)本體;最后提出云服務(wù)的演化過(guò)程模型。 第四章研究制造云服務(wù)按需獲取和使用過(guò)程中的三個(gè)核心關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。首先,以云服務(wù)檢索過(guò)程中精度、效率和個(gè)性化的集成優(yōu)化為目標(biāo),研究多維度的云服務(wù)語(yǔ)義檢索和匹配技術(shù)的原理和算法,對(duì)所提方法進(jìn)行評(píng)估驗(yàn)證;然后,提出并闡述人機(jī)交互式云服務(wù)組合方法的原理,研究該方法中的制造云服務(wù)組合模型、反向推理和前向推理策略、云服務(wù)組合的檢查與建議等問(wèn)題;最后,提出按需求設(shè)計(jì)模式中的云服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程模型,分析其中云服務(wù)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)。 第五章研究制造云服務(wù)按需組織和管理的內(nèi)在原理和核心關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。首先分析制造云服務(wù)按需組織和管理的自組織能力;然后提出基于Web2.0的云服務(wù)組織和管理內(nèi)容,建立云服務(wù)組織和管理的自組織機(jī)制;接著,詳細(xì)研究其中基于大眾標(biāo)簽的云服務(wù)柔性分類、基于維基和掘客的云服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)同共建、基于標(biāo)簽和維基的領(lǐng)域本體共建這三個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。 第六章將前述章節(jié)在模式和技術(shù)方面的研究成果應(yīng)用于模具行業(yè)云服務(wù)按需供應(yīng)平臺(tái)。首先分析我國(guó)模具行業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題及造成這些問(wèn)題的原因;針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,開發(fā)了一個(gè)模具云服務(wù)按需供應(yīng)平臺(tái),闡述模具云服務(wù)按需供應(yīng)平臺(tái)的實(shí)現(xiàn)框架及主要實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù);然后分別選取云服務(wù)建模和演化、云服務(wù)按需獲取和使用、云服務(wù)按需組織和管理等方面的若干應(yīng)用案例來(lái)驗(yàn)證前述章節(jié)提出的按需供應(yīng)模式和技術(shù)的可行性和有效性;最后提出模具云服務(wù)按需供應(yīng)平臺(tái)的發(fā)展模式,展望平臺(tái)的發(fā)展愿景。 第七章總結(jié)全文工作和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),展望后續(xù)的研究工作。
[Abstract]:In the background of the information and service of manufacturing industry, in view of the limitations of some traditional networked manufacturing models, the new model of cloud manufacturing is created by using the model and technology of cloud computing. The cloud manufacturing uses all kinds of information technology, manufacturing technology and management technology, through the mass, isomerism and distribution. The manufacturing software and hardware resources for manufacturing all life cycle are virtualized and service-oriented to form a unified manufacturing cloud service pool, and build a cloud manufacturing service platform to unify, centrally, intelligently manage and manage the manufacturing cloud services, and then provide reliable, high quality, cheap and on-demand services for various users. With convenient and dynamic business collaboration among enterprises, we can promote the optimal allocation of manufacturing resources in the wide area.
While the cloud manufacturing service platform brings a lot of service to the user, it also produces the matching problem of service and user needs: how to use the large resources and services in the platform to supply the satisfied service for the users according to the various needs of the users, and how to organize and manage the platform according to the needs of the vast number of users. Therefore, the on-demand supply of cloud services is one of the key problems and core features of cloud manufacturing. This paper aims at the shortage of research on the supply of cloud services according to demand supply, in order to effectively support the engineering application of the mode of manufacturing cloud services in demand supply mode, from three levels of mode, technology and application. The main content of this paper is to study the demand supply problem of manufacturing cloud services in order to promote the ordering of mass cloud service organizations and management under the cloud manufacturing environment, and to support the enterprise to obtain and use manufacturing resources on demand.
The first chapter first expounds the background of cloud manufacturing, analyzes the connotation of cloud manufacturing, and then analyzes the research status of cloud manufacturing. On this basis, it gives the connotation and extension of the mode of manufacturing cloud services according to demand, analyzes the importance of the mode of the cloud service and the shortage of the research, and provides research on the supply of cloud services according to demand. The main contents and structure of the thesis are presented.
The second chapter studies the architecture of manufacturing cloud services based on demand supply mode. First, the concept of customer demand separation point is proposed. Based on the location of customer demand separation point in the cloud service supply process, the cloud service is divided into requirements according to demand, combined according to demand, design and development of four sub models according to demand, and propose a cloud. The overall framework of the service on-demand supply model and its inherent principle are analyzed. Then, based on the overall framework of the demand supply model, the process model for the supply of cloud services on demand is proposed to guide different scenarios, on demand supply problems under different preconditions, and to build a platform framework for the supply of cloud services on demand. Finally, the analysis of the mode of demand supply is summarized and analyzed. The implementation of the technical system involved.
The third chapter studies the meta modeling technology that supports the evolution of manufacturing cloud services. In the modeling phase of the cloud service, we consider the evolution and evolution management of cloud services. First, we analyze the modeling requirements of the cloud service and propose a cloud service meta modeling framework supporting the evolution of cloud services, and focus on the cloud service meta model in the framework semantic representation layer. In the meta model layer, the formal definition and conceptual model of cloud service are given. In the meta model layer, the model structure and evolution operation object of cloud service business main object, business meta object and business metadata, the model structure of evolutionary log object, and cloud service ontology based on Web ontology description language are set up in cloud service model layer. Finally, the evolution process model of cloud service is put forward.
The fourth chapter studies the three key key technologies in the process of manufacturing cloud services on demand and use. Firstly, the principle and algorithm of multi dimension cloud service semantic retrieval and matching technology are studied, and the methods are evaluated and verified by the objective of the integration optimization of the precision, efficiency and personalization in the cloud service retrieval process. The principle of man-machine interactive cloud service combination method is expounded, and the problems of cloud service combination model, reverse inference and forward reasoning strategy, cloud service combination inspection and suggestion are studied. Finally, the cloud service design process model in the demand design model is proposed, and the topology of cloud service is analyzed.
The fifth chapter studies the internal principles and key key technologies of organizing and managing cloud services. Firstly, it analyzes the self-organization ability of the organization and management of cloud services on demand. Then, it puts forward the content of cloud service organization and management based on Web2.0, and establishes the self-organization mechanism of cloud service organization and management; then, the detailed study is based on the organization and management of cloud services. The public label's cloud service flexible classification, based on the co construction of Wiki and Digg's cloud service standards, builds these three key technologies based on the domain ontology of the label and wiki.
The sixth chapter applies the research results of the preceding chapters in the mode and technology to the demand supply platform for the mold industry cloud service. Firstly, the problems and the reasons for these problems are analyzed in the mold industry in China. The implementation of the framework and the main implementation technology, and then select the cloud service modeling and evolution, cloud services on demand and use, cloud services on demand organization and management and other application cases to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the required supply mode and technology proposed in the foregoing section. Finally, the mold cloud service is supplied in accordance with the demand. The development model of the platform and the prospect of the development of the platform.
The seventh chapter summarizes the whole work and innovation, and looks forward to the following research work.
