【摘要】：在對工業(yè)縫紉機整體機構(gòu)分析的基礎上,建立了旋梭軸系偏心下的物理模型,對氣浮旋梭軸承氣膜高度進行曲面擬合,并基于有限差分法獲得氣膜壓力分布。利用氣體流量平衡方程及承載力方程求得旋梭軸在不同偏心距、轉(zhuǎn)速、供氣孔距軸承端面距離等工況下,氣浮旋梭軸承的承載力、耗氣量的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:在同一供氣壓力下,旋梭軸偏心距越大、轉(zhuǎn)速越快、供氣孔距軸承端面距離越遠,承載力越大,耗氣量也越大。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the integral mechanism of the industrial sewing machine, the physical model of the eccentric spindle system is established. The surface fitting of the film height of the air floated spindle bearing is carried out, and the film pressure distribution is obtained based on the finite difference method. By using the gas flow equilibrium equation and the bearing capacity equation, the variation of bearing capacity and air consumption of the rotary shuttle bearing under different eccentricity, rotation speed and distance from the air supply hole to the end surface of the bearing are obtained. The results show that under the same air supply pressure, the greater the eccentric distance of the spindle, the faster the rotation speed, the farther the distance between the air supply hole and the bearing face, the larger the bearing capacity and the greater the gas consumption.
