【摘要】：本文主要由重載點接觸EHL快速算法研究和點接觸EHL狀態(tài)下的二次壓力峰研究兩部分組成。 第一部分對重載點接觸EHL快速算法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的理論分析和數(shù)值研究,在點接觸EHL快速直接迭代算法的基礎(chǔ)上提出了改進(jìn)的具有三層循環(huán)迭代格式的復(fù)合直接迭代法,并將其運用到求解中、輕載及重載工況等溫點接觸彈流潤滑問題中,通過大量算例驗證了這一改進(jìn)算法具有更好的計算收斂精度和更廣的載荷適用范圍。本文還考察了半帶寬β的選取對膜厚計算精度的影響,結(jié)果表明半帶寬β的變化對最小膜厚有一定的影響,對中心膜厚的影響卻很小。 在第二部分中,作者介紹了點接觸EHL狀態(tài)下的二次壓力峰研究中所采用的最小二乘數(shù)據(jù)擬合方法,依據(jù)二次峰壓力Pmax、速度參數(shù)U和載荷參數(shù)W之間的的變化關(guān)系選擇了合適的擬合曲線。在分析大量數(shù)值算例的基礎(chǔ)上,利用最小二乘法擬合出了重載點接觸彈流的二次壓力峰公式和赫茲中心壓力公式。將擬合出的兩公式用于求解新的算例,其中包括中、輕載算例以及重載算例,對比分析了兩公式的計算精度和載荷適用范圍,計算表明,它們的計算值與通過本文改進(jìn)算法的計算值相對誤差控制在±10%以內(nèi),從而驗證了所提出公式的可行性和精確度。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly consists of two parts: the fast algorithm of point contact EHL under heavy load and the study of secondary pressure peak under point contact EHL state. In the first part, the theoretical analysis and numerical study of the EHL fast algorithm for heavy load point contact are carried out in detail. Based on the fast direct iterative algorithm of point contact EHL, an improved compound direct iteration method with three-layer cyclic iteration scheme is proposed. It is applied to solve the problem of isothermal point contact elastohydrodynamic lubrication under light and heavy load conditions. A large number of numerical examples show that the improved algorithm has better convergence accuracy and wider load application range. The influence of the selection of half bandwidth 尾 on the accuracy of film thickness calculation is also investigated. The results show that the change of half bandwidth 尾 has a certain influence on the minimum film thickness, but has little effect on the central film thickness. In the second part, the author introduces the least square data fitting method used in the study of the secondary pressure peak in the state of point contact EHL. A suitable fitting curve is selected according to the relationship between the quadratic peak pressure P _ max, velocity parameter U and load parameter W. Based on the analysis of a large number of numerical examples, the quadratic pressure peak formula and Hertz center pressure formula of point contact elastofluid under heavy load are fitted by the least square method. The two fitted formulas are used to solve new examples, including medium, light and heavy load examples. The calculation accuracy and load applicable range of the two formulas are compared and analyzed, and the calculation results show that, The relative error between their calculated values and those calculated by the improved algorithm in this paper is controlled within 鹵10%, which verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed formula.
