【摘要】：MK84250高速軋輥磨床主軸所用液體動(dòng)靜壓軸承是決定加工質(zhì)量和效率的關(guān)鍵部件,其溫升是影響軸承的正常工作的關(guān)鍵因素。但由于其油膜包角及油膜壓力的求解域未知,無(wú)現(xiàn)成資料可查,通過(guò)數(shù)值計(jì)算方法擬合了未知包角的承載量系數(shù)-偏心率函數(shù)曲線,分析了軸承結(jié)構(gòu)并求解了線速度為45 m/s和60 m/s時(shí)的流量,并對(duì)溫升進(jìn)行了計(jì)算。計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況一致。
[Abstract]:The liquid hydrostatic bearing used in the spindle of MK84250 high speed roller grinder is the key component to determine the machining quality and efficiency, and the temperature rise is the key factor affecting the normal operation of the bearing. However, because the solution domain of oil film angle and oil film pressure is unknown, there is no ready-made data to check, and the load carrying coefficient-eccentricity function curve of unknown envelope angle is fitted by numerical calculation method. The structure of the bearing is analyzed and the flow rate of 45 m / s and 60 m / s is calculated and the temperature rise is calculated. The calculated results are in agreement with the actual situation.
