【摘要】：托盤(pán)是現(xiàn)代物流不可缺少的工具，托盤(pán)的發(fā)展水平制約著物流業(yè)發(fā)展的水平。資源的壓力已經(jīng)不允許木托盤(pán)持續(xù)成為市場(chǎng)的主流力量，在所有代木托盤(pán)中塑料托盤(pán)發(fā)展最快，尤其是膠棉結(jié)構(gòu)鑄模工藝生產(chǎn)的可復(fù)用塑料托盤(pán)彌補(bǔ)了以前市場(chǎng)上塑料托盤(pán)的弊端，將成為使我國(guó)物流水平上升到世界強(qiáng)國(guó)物流發(fā)展高度的趨勢(shì)。 本文從三個(gè)主要方面進(jìn)行可復(fù)用塑料托盤(pán)的可用性分析： 1）經(jīng)濟(jì)性。托盤(pán)成本的考慮對(duì)物流成本意義重大，選擇最具成本優(yōu)勢(shì)的托盤(pán)可以很大程度上節(jié)約物流成本。本文運(yùn)用美國(guó)環(huán)保署公布的托盤(pán)成本計(jì)算器，對(duì)當(dāng)前世界常見(jiàn)的各種的托盤(pán)進(jìn)行成本對(duì)比，并以此為依據(jù)對(duì)比歐洲的托盤(pán)成本，得出可復(fù)用塑料單次循環(huán)使用成本最低的結(jié)論。將此結(jié)論運(yùn)用在我國(guó)的托盤(pán)選擇中，更具有現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。 2）良好的力學(xué)性能。本文托盤(pán)性能的理論分析和試驗(yàn)是嚴(yán)格按照國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織制定的ISO8611有關(guān)塑料托盤(pán)性能測(cè)試的方法，得出可復(fù)用塑料托盤(pán)在彎曲、叉取、堆碼強(qiáng)度等方面均滿足國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的結(jié)論，證實(shí)其在力學(xué)性能方面彌補(bǔ)了先前塑料托盤(pán)耐用性較低的劣勢(shì)，得出可復(fù)用塑料托盤(pán)呈現(xiàn)出優(yōu)良性能的結(jié)論。 3）推動(dòng)托盤(pán)共用。本文引入發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家建議托盤(pán)共用體系的理念，分析托盤(pán)循環(huán)共用的積極意義，并結(jié)合我國(guó)物流市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的共性及特點(diǎn)，闡述可復(fù)用塑料對(duì)我國(guó)托盤(pán)共用體系實(shí)現(xiàn)的推動(dòng)性，以及在國(guó)際合作方面從整體上互惠多方的價(jià)值體現(xiàn)。 從這三個(gè)方面最終共同分析可復(fù)用塑料托盤(pán)的市場(chǎng)可用性，，提倡我國(guó)將可復(fù)用塑料托盤(pán)大力推廣的建議。隨著資源的短缺日益嚴(yán)重，經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展對(duì)托盤(pán)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、性能要求越來(lái)越嚴(yán)格，要求托盤(pán)循環(huán)共用的趨勢(shì)更加明顯并趨于全球化，我國(guó)需要大力推進(jìn)托盤(pán)的技術(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)革新，提高托盤(pán)的循環(huán)利用率，從而降低托盤(pán)的單次使用成本，以低成本的方式提高物流運(yùn)作效率，并達(dá)到節(jié)約自然資源、保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境的，綠色發(fā)展我國(guó)物流業(yè)，和世界先進(jìn)物流模式接軌的目的。
[Abstract]:Pallet is an indispensable tool for modern logistics, and the development level of pallet restricts the development of logistics industry. The pressure of resources has not allowed wood trays to continue to be the mainstream force in the market, and plastic trays are the fastest growing among all wooden trays. Especially, the reusable plastic pallets made up for the defects of plastic pallets in the former market will become the trend to raise the level of logistics in our country to the high level of logistics development in the world. This paper analyzes the usability of reusable plastic pallets from three main aspects: 1) economy. The consideration of pallet cost is of great significance to logistics cost, and the choice of tray with the most cost advantage can save logistics cost to a great extent. In this paper, the pallet cost calculator published by EPA is used to compare the cost of various kinds of trays that are common in the world at present, based on which the cost of pallet in Europe is compared, and the conclusion that the single recycle cost of reusable plastics is the lowest is obtained. It is of practical significance to apply this conclusion to the pallet selection in our country. 2) good mechanical properties. The theoretical analysis and test of the performance of plastic pallets in this paper are made in accordance with the ISO8611 method of testing the performance of plastic pallets formulated by the International Organization for Standardization, and the results show that the reused plastic trays are bending and forking. The conclusion that the stacking strength can meet the requirements of international standards proves that it can make up for the disadvantage of low durability of plastic pallets in the aspect of mechanical properties, and draw the conclusion that reusable plastic pallets show good performance. 3) promote pallet sharing. This paper introduces the concept of pallet sharing system proposed by developed countries, analyzes the positive significance of pallet circulation sharing, and expounds the promotion of reusable plastics to the realization of pallet sharing system in China, combining with the generality and characteristics of the development of China's logistics market. And in the international cooperation from the overall value of mutual benefit. Finally, the market availability of reusable plastic pallets is analyzed from these three aspects, and the suggestion of popularizing reusable plastic pallets in China is proposed. As the shortage of resources becomes more and more serious, the development of economic globalization has become more and more strict in terms of the standardization of pallet and the requirement of performance, and the trend of requiring pallet circulation sharing is becoming more obvious and global. In order to reduce the cost of single use of pallet, improve the efficiency of logistics operation and save natural resources, China needs to vigorously promote the technological and industrial innovation of pallet, improve the recycling efficiency of pallet, reduce the cost of single use of pallet, improve the efficiency of logistics operation in a low cost way. Protect the ecological environment, green development of China's logistics industry, and the world's advanced logistics model in line with the purpose.
