軸承表面強(qiáng)化預(yù)處理工藝及裝置的研究

【摘要】:本文利用自行設(shè)計(jì)的軸承預(yù)處理臺(tái)架,選擇以羥基硅酸鎂為主要成分的粉體作為潤滑油添加劑,在不同的潤滑介質(zhì)和工況條件下,對(duì)6206滾動(dòng)軸承進(jìn)行了預(yù)處理試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)測量了臺(tái)架主軸的噪音、潤滑油表面溫度和臺(tái)架電機(jī)的輸出功率。將測量數(shù)據(jù)生成曲線圖,同時(shí)使用SEM材料測試技術(shù)對(duì)滾動(dòng)軸承試樣表面進(jìn)行觀察分析,探討了金屬磨損自修復(fù)技術(shù)的減摩抗磨機(jī)理。為了在實(shí)際中利用金屬磨損自修復(fù)技術(shù)對(duì)滾動(dòng)軸承進(jìn)行表面預(yù)處理,本文設(shè)計(jì)出可用于實(shí)際預(yù)處理工藝的臺(tái)架。 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)潤滑介質(zhì)為基礎(chǔ)油時(shí),滾動(dòng)軸承的工作表面容易受到磨損,摩擦表面出現(xiàn)粘著磨損,并且可以看到大量犁溝和劃痕。在潤滑油中加入自修復(fù)添加劑后,摩擦情況得到改善,摩擦表面的犁溝較淺,剝落坑數(shù)量減少。在滾動(dòng)軸承轉(zhuǎn)速為950r/min時(shí),自修復(fù)添加劑修復(fù)效果最好,此時(shí)在摩擦表面的部分區(qū)域生成了一層高耐磨性的自修復(fù)膜。試驗(yàn)得出的結(jié)論說明在滾動(dòng)軸承工作時(shí),自修復(fù)添加劑通過熱力學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)作用與摩擦表面發(fā)生反應(yīng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了滾動(dòng)軸承磨損表面的原位在線自修復(fù),達(dá)到了滾動(dòng)軸承預(yù)處理的目的。 自行設(shè)計(jì)的滾動(dòng)軸承預(yù)處理裝置通過其內(nèi)部的軸傳動(dòng)和齒輪傳動(dòng),可以一次性完成多個(gè)滾動(dòng)軸承的表面強(qiáng)化預(yù)處理,從而提高了預(yù)處理的效率。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the pre-treatment test of 6206 rolling bearing was carried out in different lubricating media and working conditions by using the self-designed bearing pretreatment bench and the powder with magnesium hydroxyl silicate as the main lubricant additive. The noise of the spindle, the surface temperature of lubricating oil and the output power of the bench motor were measured. The curve is generated from the measured data and the surface of rolling bearing specimen is observed and analyzed by using SEM material test technology. The anti-friction and anti-wear mechanism of self-repairing technology of metal wear is discussed. In order to pretreat the surface of rolling bearing with metal wear self-repairing technology in practice, this paper designs a bench which can be used in practical pretreatment process. The experimental results show that when the lubricating medium is the base oil, the working surface of the rolling bearing is prone to wear, the friction surface is adhesive and wear, and a large number of ploughs and scratches can be seen. After adding self-repairing additive into the lubricating oil, the friction situation was improved, the furrow on the friction surface was shallow, and the number of spalling pits was reduced. When the rotational speed of the rolling bearing is 950r/min, the self-repairing additive has the best repair effect. At this time, a layer of self-repairing film with high wear resistance is formed in some parts of the friction surface. The experimental results show that the self-repairing additives react with the friction surface through thermodynamic and dynamic effects, and realize the in-situ on-line self-repair of the wear surface of the rolling bearing. The preprocessing of rolling bearing is achieved. The self-designed preprocessing device of rolling bearing can finish the surface strengthening pretreatment of multiple rolling bearings at one time through its internal shaft transmission and gear transmission, thus improving the efficiency of pretreatment.
